Total ripoff and now a write off
Worst experience ever. I can only agree with the feedback on here. Advertising for 6 treatments, then you are being pressured into buying 12. I only had 8 so far within 1.5 years as you can never book far in advance, but on the hind side can barely offer availability. And the worst! The branch I went to closed down, mine told me, I’m not able to reach anyone. Looks like they went into administration, so money lost. Stay away from purchasing any treatments for them!!!!

I brought a package off groupon
When I arrived for my first appointment despite paying for 2 areas was told I needed to pay for a third (which I did)
At my second appt was told my hair was too 'hard' and I should purchase their pre laser and after laser cream costing £35 - which I did but it's made no difference
At my third appt tried selling me another area - politely explained I wanted this one to work first !
At my fourth appt tried to sell me more cream and top up sessions already and said my area would need 12 treatments even though previously told 6 and states 6 all over website.
I now leave my purse at home, will be glad to finish my treatment here and go elsewhere where the sales pressure isn't on.
They also take photos but won't show you for comparison.

I have had most of my treatments done
I have had most of my treatments done from Dee and always receive the best hospitality. I’m always happy with my treatment whenever she does it and shes so helpful if i have any queries or worries. She’s also very friendly and easy to talk to and makes my experience at the spa so easy going and lively.

You get what you pay for
You get what you pay for - I was wary of booking a treatment so cheap and should have trusted my instincts.
Treatment process is very no frills. There's a different person doing the treatments every single time, no continuity. Every time you go they try and sell you more things, also giving unsolicited advice.
They are very hard to get hold of and repeatedly cancel appointments last minute (four times during one set of treatments).
I will not be returning.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
I had an appointment and when I got to the Richmond branch, there was a sign saying that it was closed due to severe flooding that had happened 4 days before my appointment! I have since called & emailed several times with zero response from them. No one is answering the phone, I have sent 4 emails and still no reply.

VG Medispa - I am not interested in the cut and paste ‘we are sorry etc’ reply. I have emailed your customer care team. You took 700 pounds and have provided zero treatment. I want a full refund. If you are going to reply simply tell me when this will be issued or don’t bother. I cannot believe how bad the Poole branch and general service has been from this company. GIVE ME A REFUND
Fitzrovia branch keeps rescheduling
Fitzrovia branch keeps rescheduling appointments. I am very unhappy with the service here. Although their own laser operators say the appointments should be 4-5 weeks apart from each other, each time they are super busy and the next appointment is given for 2 months later, only to be rescheduled at last minute for another extra month. The laser treatment is done by a different person each time and I keep having to remind them about my level, as the new operators always start from the lowest setting and it slows down the benefits of laser.
It is especially ridiculous as they keep sending email offers for treatment bundles. I can't even finish my 6 sessions from last year because of the consant rescheduling, there is no way I am buying more appointments.

I have been trying to book in since…
I have been trying to book in since January, the first available spot was May. I had laser done and both underarm and Hollywood took less then 10 minutes. Then 2 days before my next appointment they cancelled it as the clinic got shut down. When I asked for my money back they said somebody was going to call me the next day. This was a week ago and I have been trying to contact them but no reply. I don`t think I am being unreasonable when I want my money back because they don`t provide the service I bought?

Dee has been amazing with me. I’ve had previous bad experience with laser and was scared to go back to laser. But she has done everything at the pace and intensity I have wished for and always made me feel comfortable!

I am very happy with the service I got. the staff are very friendly and they try their best to work out a suitable time and date for you. The specialist Dee is The one who performed 3-D lipofreeze treatment for me, she is very friendly and nice and she knows best what is better for you and which treatment is more effective on the area wanted. Definitely recommended.

Cancelled appointments and inconsistent sessions
3 sessions were cancelled last minute and the replacement appointments took up to a month to re-book. I had to rearrange one session and the next available slot was over a month wait. Each session was carried out by different practitioners and each method would be slightly different where some were quicker than others and some would use a higher/lower intensity. I had little confidence that the sessions were conducted properly, and worth what I was paying.
All staff were nice and professional.

No one answers their phones
No one answers their phones, constantly having to reschedule appointments which affect your treatment. Even when going through treatment paying a hefty sum of money, the treatment does not work.

They Burnt my skin!
The WORST place to get your laser hair removal done. I had my underarms lasered and after two sessions my underarms had become so dark! they were using a very high setting on my skin. I had to tell them it's worrying me that my underarms have become so dark for them to switch to a lower heat setting and all they said was it will lighten in time. I will say id much rather have hair under my arms which I can wax off than have horrifying dark underarms which has made me so self-conscious. To add to this, every time I asked for the pictures they had taken of my underarms before my treatment they'd always say they've changed systems and will contact head office and send them to me. I called them FIVE times and they gave me the same response which is when I realized they were not going to give me my pictures. please do not go here. I've never been to a place where they care so little about the people and results. its all about the money.

I’m very disappointed. I got a voucher from Groupon in September... had this year 4 sessions, they usually cancel the session , they lost my profile I had to call them 3 months I payed 200£ to finish my session now I regret. Don’t believe them and I have 3 friends who are disappointed as well

They tell you to call and when you do, every single time it’s “sorry we’re currently busy serving other customers at the moment” and I doubt they know what emailing is because they NEVER respond. I would recommend everyone who has had a bad experience to share it to prevent some poor unsuspecting client going through the same

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I paid for lip fillers in November but have not been able to get an appointment despite being assured I was on the ‘priority list’. I then paid for additional credits for Botox in March after being told that new appointments would be in the diary ASAP and I would be called to book in. This still has not happened and when I called AGAIN I was told that all the appointments had gone. I am so fed up and now need to go elsewhere so I have requested a refund but have not even had a response to my three emails. The customer service is appalling - I WILL be taking this further.

I had my session with ANA in Percy St Branch. It was amazing! She was really a perfect example of a person giving excellent and quality service! She was Engaging, Empathetic and Compassionate while giving me my session. I suggest that she needs to train other staff so that they can learn from her. I hope my next session will be with her again. And all you ladies or gentlemen may ask for her to do the service with you!
