Victoriasale Reviews

I ordered Refurbished ‘apple’ gen 4 airpods. First off i received not a single email - order confirmation, tracking information. Second off when they were delivered victoria sale states every order needs to be signed for, they weren't signed for. Third off you can tell as soon as you see the box they are not genuine apple airpods, the seal on it was plastic and could not open the box, the card did not say designed by apple in california, the airpods feel like pure cheap tat and sound absolutely awful. I entered the model & serial number into the apple website and it states they are not genuine apple airpods. Victoria sale states they are real genuine apple airpods that are refurbished for a cheaper price, it is a complete scam. If i wanted fake airpods i could have bought some for £10 not £60. I have contacted them for a refund and have raised a dispute with my bank. Do NOT order from this website it is a complete and utter scam, dont fall for it like i did.

Ordered apple airpods, they came fake not genuine item. I still decided to keep them because sound was not bad but one of the airpods is not working and you cant pair because they're not original. Haven't received a reply for a refund or replace for long time so thumbs down. Fake advertisement and also no customer service!

The AirPods lost charge the instant they were removed from the case. But it was too late to return or exchange them - really disappointed!

The in ear experience of these earphone is very good with lots of bass and depth. I would highly recommend

It was really good, when my product came and there was an issue with it they immediately sent me a new one. Really good

Fake product sent and now won’t let me refund

Unfortunately, I had a terribly bad experience shopping at victoriasale.co.uk.
The item delivered was opened before and not in a new and unused condition, as it was publicised.
I then sent a request for replacement/refund and followed that up with an email to chase my request but never got any reply back from the company.

I would certainly not recommend this company to anyone. I personally believe it is a scam and the website should be shut down so other people won’t be paying big money for fake and used items.

I ordered air pods and they were not AirPods and when I requested a refund I did not get it.

Was easy to purchase. Reasonable prices and true to description. Arrived quickly.

Very good product

I ordered a pair of Apple AirPods gen 4 and received fake AirPods totally disappointed as it was my daughters 21st

Arrived quickly, good deal. Easy purchase.

Excellent quality product and quick shipment and preparation of the order, thankyou very much!

So far so good just got them seems certy

Zero stars. Fake items. Returned product and never received refund. Not sure how they get away with it. Do not buy from this company!

DO NOT BUY! Fake AirPods sent with no reply when I requested a return or emailed to question the authenticity of listing. Total scam where you lose money!

Ordered Airpods which when arrived were clearly counterfeit. Although the website listing does describe them as refurbished this is only noted incredibly far down the listing. In any event the items are clearly not refurbished and in fact counterfeit. I have had no email confirmation of order and no response to three emails seeking an order number or confirming a return address. These items are being returned to the address on the website and will be followed with a report to the police and refund via the small claims court if not received immediately. Avoid any purchases through this company.

Very poor. Took supposed apple airpods to apple for repair to be told they weren't an apple product . Emailed company and got no reply. ScAM.
