VidDay is very professional. My husband loved the video. The chat people were ever so efficient and prompt to answer and trouble shoot at any time.
I have two small suggestions.
On my video some people sang their message or played music. VidDay puts background music on. Whoever collated the video should have stopped the music for a musical entry. The background music played over the other music which was less than ideal.
Also VidDay offers the recipient a chance to send a thank u to all the contributors. Again a nice gesture. However there is no way to send only the thank u. The thank u only gets included if u forward the video. That's a flaw since not everyone wants to see the video. If u offer this service u should allow the thank u to be sent on its own.
All in all tho, a great experience.

Vidday was extremely easy to use. We used it from my bosses retirement party for colleagues who could not travel in. It was a great way for them to wish her well and share memories of their career together. We even had some old-time retirees who found it extremely easy to upload their video. The messages received brought my boss to tears, and she was so thankful that we were able to do that for her.

This platform is very user friendly. I have created a fathers day video and a surprise video using Vidday and they worked great. People really liked the slideshow. only one thing I do wish could edit the background music more but this is good.

Not all information is provided to you when doing your final edit - like how to select a video book, timing to receive if your trying to plan a gift presentation and help bot / chat ask for information but then to gather it in other source screens, the chat ends. All in all a great tool for younger folks maybe, 50-60 year olds - plan a little extra time.. great idea just needs a little more mobile phone customer friendliness.

Had never heard if VidDay but in looking for a way to do a group video for birthday party, they came up and looked great! So, contacted them and went thru the steps to get started (contacts, etc) I saw they offered a "white glove treatment" wherein they would handle the editing, etc but with my final approval. I opted for that to lighten work for me. Their customer service is outstanding and very prompt...like Im-ing the responses were so quick and helpful. Given I am not technically savvy, they were helpful in assuring me. They kept in touch with me with updates/response videos and pictures submitted. I had a deadline several days prior to event so I could make sure we could view on TV. That too ke ME a moment but they tell you ways to accomplish that and when I finally figured out how to upload to YouTube, it was a snap. The video came out great and was enoyed by all. I would highly recommend them if you want to do a group video...big or small.
