Emergency e-visa Vietnam (Vietnam visa booking) Reviews

Alex was a great help to me in securing my visa for Vietnam! After a mistake on my part, I was in urgent need of a visa and he ensured I received it. There are so many choices in choosing where to get a visa from and I felt skeptical. I put my trust in him and everything went very smoothly. He answered all my questions and was patient with me. I’d recommend my friends to go through him.

Extremely helpful! Answered the phone quickly, was very patient with my concerns, e-mail responses were fast as well and I even got my visa sooner than what I expected.

The best service I've ever encountered in Asia! And I am not kidding.

He saved our trip to Vietnam, as we found out last minute that we cannot do VOA. There are a lot of scammers out there and I was really afraid to do it, but after reading reviews here I decided to proceed and it was the best decision.

He was super fast replying, answering all needed questions and even more and we were able to get our visa in 4 hours.

I can only recommend for all of you who are in emergency like we were.

Because of Alex's amazing attention to detail and thorough follow-through, our entire trip to Asia was saved. I am not kidding...this whole trip I booked and paid for and stressed over for months, and for many thousands of dollars would have been a misery, and a total loss if not for Alex. He was as honest as they come, and believe me I was skeptical about paying someone to rush our visa application. Every penny spent was well worth it, because not only did he get it done, he caught a mistake that I would not have caught, and did a SECOND go around rush (not his fault, OUR fault) and ended up squeaking it all through flawlessly just a day before our trip. I swear, at times it was like Alex was my personal stress therapy...he was calm under pressure and I can't thank him enough!!!!! THANK YOU!!!!!

Great customer service!
Quick and knowledgeable replies that covered anything you needed to know or may have overlooked.
Overall fantastic experience with Alex Zhoumin

Excellent service. Committed, responsible, helpful, reasonable, flexible, friendly, polite, generous. Answers to visa requests, correspondence and advice always came within 15 minutes maximum. You was a great help and support to me during the Covid time, thank you very much Alex! Totally recommendable!

Simply EXCELLENT and quick, I got it in less than 24 hours, and when I asked Alex about someting, he replied immediately. I will use in next time in February, Great service and only $12 per person.

Excellent service!
Everything was managed very fast, with accuracy, attention to detail, and in a very friendly manner!
Highly recommended to anyone traveling to Vietnam needing a visa.

Great costumer service, quick email responses and very friendly staff!

quick responses, precise workflow. totally recommended.

I have been using V I E T N A M V I S A B O O K I N G service very frequently. Very prompt response and excellent service from Alex.

After a horrendous experience last time using a service I just found through Google, I was extremely hesitant to use another visa service like this. But I had no choice as my e-visa was declined (my own fault for misspelling my name), so I contacted Alex, as I needed an entry letter immediately (and it was a weekend). There are many scam companies out there that offer this service (I was totally burnt a few years ago using one), but Alex couldn't have been more helpful. Honestly, don't look at any others and just use this guy if you find yourself in the same position as me.

Our flight was leaving in less than 3 hours and Alex was able to get our visa in time! We were really worried and Alex was very accommodating and available via phone. We definitely recommend to anyone in need of a visa last minute! Just make sure to include you FULL name on your visa. Thank you again!!

Efficient, quick and informative, with helpful links shared - applying for and processing this visa was easy.

Highly recommended. The service this company provides is truly amazing. I had multiple questions and they were all answered really quickly and correctly. Thank you again!

Excellent service! We received a visa approval letter in a few hours after the order although we had ordered a regular visa confirmation (in 2 working days).

Due to a spelling error on my e-visa application, I had to get approved for a visa on arrival. After looking around online. I was able to find Vietnam visa booking co. and chose them because they had the most reasonable price for a 1-hour rush visa approval letter.
Alex Zhoumin was responsive to my emails (got back to me within a few minutes when I reached out), and I got my letter within an hour after I'd applied through Vietnam visa booking co. They were professional and efficient. If you're in a bind, I definitely recommend working with them to get your visa approval letter!

Wow. I was in a fix! But Alex got me the visa I needed in an hour — trip saved! Big thanks, money well spent . . .

Alex and his team were of great help to me. I initially went through a different company who managed to input my birth date incorrectly. They then did not respond to my asking them to rectify the issue. On last minute, Alex was able to help me sort out help personally and for that I cannot thank him enough. I highly recommend their services.

I am very grateful for the service I received from Vietnam Visa Booking. I had a snag with my E-visa and had to apply for the 4 hour service when the snag was not fixed in time. They communicated with me right away and got me the visa letter I needed to board my flight, as promised. All was done very professionally. It made me feel less stress when they took over and took care of this problem. Thanks!
