I made an order for very specific…
I made an order for very specific products to help deliver an interactive and accessible workshop.
They never arrived. I only found out by ringing to follow up. The delivery service had mislogged them. I had to spend a day sourcing alternatives that were much more expensive from another source. I am unlikely to order through Viking again.

My initial order got lost
My initial order got lost. Queried via online but they took over a week to reply, asking if I still needed help. Replied to them and got a really fast answer. The order was lost so they refunded my PayPal account, added another one to my cart and cut out the shipping charge.

Great price for a great product. However, using GLS as the shipping company is why I gave Viking 4 stars. GLS is a terrible shipping company to use

very poor VIKING split the order…
very poor VIKING split the order resulting in a delivery charge on the smaller item . The order should have been free delivery . I sent an email and to date 2 weeks , have not recieved a reply !!!!

Ordered but not delivered and no response when contacted 😕
Ordered 2 x filing cabinets over a week ago, "shipped" 7 days ago, still not arrived, now Viking are asking for a review..... well, here it is - 1 star because I still have not received anything - emailed support with no response and unable to "track" the order with GLS (their courier). Great stuff Viking - can I please have the cabinets I paid for???
