I’m leaving this review because my experience with Viking Remedies has been consistently disappointing, and the issue I raised is still unresolved.
Communication has been the biggest problem. Messages go unanswered for long periods, and when replies do come, they’re vague and don’t address the actual issue. I’ve had to chase repeatedly just to get basic information, and even then, nothing has been properly explained or resolved.
What should have been a straightforward matter has turned into a frustrating back‑and‑forth with no progress. There’s been no accountability, no clear updates, and no effort to bring the matter to a conclusion.
At this point, I can’t recommend Viking Remedies based on my experience. Reliable customer service should be a minimum standard, and unfortunately they haven’t met it.
Update:
I emailed you on 12.02 and, as usual, received no reply. Instead, it appears you’ve been more focused on trying to identify who left negative feedback on social media. That doesn’t address the issue I originally raised, and it’s not an appropriate response.

Please deal with my email properly and resolve the matter without further delay.
If this continues to be ignored, I will have no choice but to pursue the matter through the Small Claims Court.

Update:I also need to add a serious GDPR concern. The email address I used for my order with Viking Remedies was newly created and used exclusively for this transaction. Despite this, I have now started receiving spam emails from third‑party companies, addressed to me by my full name. This strongly indicates that my personal data has been shared, sold, or otherwise disclosed without my consent.

This is a clear potential breach of the UK GDPR, particularly in relation to:
- Article 5(1)(a) – Lawfulness, fairness and transparency
- Article 5(1)(b) – Purpose limitation
- Article 5(1)(f) – Integrity and confidentiality
- Article 6 – Lawful basis for processing
- Article 32 – Security of processing

I require a full explanation of how my details were handled, who they were shared with, and the lawful basis for any disclosure. I also request confirmation of what steps Viking Remedies will take to investigate this breach and prevent further misuse of my data.”
This guy is even using AI to reply to customers — literally copying and pasting the AI’s his request for reply in Turkish,dont bother even delete!. Unbelievable.”

I am leaving this review not because of the product itself, but because of the way my enquiry was handled by customer support.

I contacted the company with a simple and reasonable question regarding halal suitability. The product label states “bovine gelatin,” and for halal consumers, this information alone is not sufficient. Bovine gelatin is only halal if it comes from halal-permissible cattle and is slaughtered according to halal requirements, ideally supported by clear certification or verification. This is a common and well-understood concern for Muslim customers.

While the company repeatedly pointed me back to the label and sent images highlighting “bovine gelatin,” this did not address my actual question. My request was not about whether the label could be read, but whether the bovine gelatin used was halal-compliant. There is a clear difference, and it was disappointing that this distinction was either not understood or ignored.

More concerning than the lack of clarity was the tone of the responses. Instead of answering respectfully or explaining that they could not provide further halal-specific confirmation, the replies became increasingly dismissive and defensive. Being told that my question was being repeated and that the matter was “concluded” felt unnecessarily rude, especially given that my concern was legitimate and faith-based.

Halal suitability is not a trivial preference. it is an important ethical and religious requirement. A brand that chooses to serve a diverse customer base should be able to respond to such enquiries with respect, even if the answer is simply that further certification cannot be provided.

Based on this experience, I have decided not to repurchase from this company. There are many supplement brands that handle customer questions with clarity and courtesy, and unfortunately this was not one of them.

I hope this feedback encourages the company to reflect not just on the information they provide, but on how they communicate with customers who are asking reasonable questions in good faith.
