We ordered a display stand for our theatre and were impressed with both the turnaround time , quality of the item and the service from Jeff Harrison

The service was very good. The salesperson was very helpful and cooperative.

Our banner came promptly and on time. We were very happy with the service and exactly what we wanted. It was excellent quality. Thank you Jeff Harrison

Fast turnaround, great price and quality product.

An excellent service producing a high quality banner, in a conveniently rapid timescale.
The banner arrived promptly, suitably packaged, and proved useful.

Quick service, and Steve was super helpful with any queries, reasonably priced as well!

This was a Church Easter banner.
The transaction was easy and the supplied result was excellent.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

If I could put 0 stars then I would. The ignorance, arrogance, and harrasment are second to none at Vinyl Banners Printing. If you love not being listened to, and being constantly hounded 2 years after placing ONE order, the by all means go for it. Bunch of sausages mate.

Ordered a banner in 2021, and have since been contacted at least once a week - every time I have asked them to remove me off their calling and mailing list which they said they’ll do and then proceed to contact the next week.

Today they called me and tried to incentivise me with a free / discounted banner in exchange for leaving them a positive review. If you read other reviews you’ll see this is the case…

Needed for an urgent job and delivered high quality product on time.

Justin and his team did a great job, producing our roller banners for our Summer fetes. We were very happy with the printing and their service.

Great quality, great price. But read the online order carefully, I thought I was getting two banners as part of an offer but accidentally only ordered one.

Many thanks to Kevin and Frank for helping me sort out exactly what I wanted. Their mock up of suggestions of further branded items was also much appreciated! Very professional, speedy and helpful with the design and delivery. 3 for 2 offer on vinyl banners was also a great bonus for us. Would recommend.

Finn was fantastic. From inception to completion (one little mishap on the way) all was handled profession and quickly by Finn. Thanks for your help. The banners look fantastic. Will be using you again. The Merry Miller Oxfordshire.

Great job specially Ben customer service excellent

Ordering was easy, arrived on time. Shame they continue to pester for feedback, only doing review to hopefully stop the phone calls and emails

Ordered banners from them last year that were ok! Print quality not great. Now they keep spam calling me constantly and won't remove my details despite me asking over and over! Don't order from them.

There was a quick response to help me purchase my banners to a deadline. My artwork was checked, giving me the confidence to place the order.
Banners arrived on time and were good quality.
Thanks Mike

The agent, Alex, was attentive and took the time to listen. Very happy with the service

Ordered a banner in 2024 and the print quality was so appalling, we had to throw it straight in the bin.
Since then, this company have hounded us with phone calls and emails, despite multiple requests to have them remove our details from their database. We have received yet another call today, this time from a totally different number so they are clearly using external call centres to hound people.

They also do not list a physical address on their website - a UK requirement if they are selling goods and/or services.
