I have used nine bottles of Veridian products over several months just in their clean and natural branding. I have discovered that the source of my persistent respiration be wheezing and intense painful bloating is there capsule shell despite being marketed as a vegetable cells these capsules are made of HYPROMELLOSE (HPMC) a semi synthetic polymer derive from wood pulp in the gut. This material turns into thick sticky plastic light gel that traps nutrients and irritates the lining. My body has been in the state of constant information because of the rubbish delivery method. It’s a joke that premium health brands uses industrial grade synthetic fillers that cause such physical distress I have stopped using over and captures immediately if you have a system that can sense synthetic stay away from these HPMC shells. I’ve spent hundreds of pounds to be made ill never again.

I've been suffering with acute insomnia for 3 months now. The vicious cycle of worrying about my sleep and the long-term health implications of not getting good sleep has caused everything to spiral.

I'd spoken to my GP and didn't want to take sleeping meds due to the addictive nature and health implications. I'd been practicing good sleep hygiene but still only averaging 5 hours a night, waking up usually 6 times.

I then came across Viridian as I wanted to try natural supplements that were trustworthy and not full of nasty additives. As someone that buys nearly all food organic and avoid UPFs, Viridian felt like a really good match.

I've been taking their Ashwagandha for a week now and the difference has been incredible. I'm waking up only twice a night (for less than 10 mins in total) and sleeping about 7 hours total. I can also feel the anxiety in the daytime lifting. I've ordered their L-Theanine and Lemon Balm to add to my routine and will be purchasing their Cherry Night once i've ran out of my current supply of Magnesium Glycinate and Tart Cherry Juice (their supplement will save me quite a bit of money in comparison).

I also emailed them to ask a couple of questions about the supplements and received an answer within a couple of hours, amazing service and really good reassurance for someone suffering with health anxiety. Thanks so much Viridian, you've made a massive difference to my quality of life in only a week.

Was really struggling, couldn't eat at all without feeling incredibly nauseous, made me pretty unhealthy. Tried so many things and none helped until the ginger from viridian. I have used Viridian since 2014, I was advised to use their multi-vitamins from a sports doctor as I was suffering from unnatural fatigue from constant training. Taking the sports multi changed all that and life bounced back, great quality and I have seen first hand them working.

I recently tried the Viridian high twelve B12 complex and was very disappointed unfortunately.. they did upset my stomach and left a salty taste that made me feel extremely thirsty..
I don’t want this to happen to other customers so please be aware they are strong!

Absolutely fantastic black seed capsules (strong with thynyquinone). Reliable company. Have used them for years.

Great quality supplements and good delivery

I regularly order a number of supplements online from Viridian, and am happy with the quality of these, particularly the fact that they don't contain any fillers etc.

Delivery is done really well also, through Royal Mail, who in my experience are much better than Evri for example. I've thankfully not had any issues with it yet!

My wife and I were trying to conceive for a number of years. We thought we would get ourselves checked out to check everything was working properly. The gynocologist said that everything was working ok but recommend that we tried a supplement. I went to my local healthfood shop and they recommended Viridian Male and Female Fertility supplements and 2 months later my wife was pregnant!

I bought a B12 from a shop. Completely packaged with plastic. I opened it at home, there were five capsules in there as opposed to 30 capsules! So beware when buying to actually check the bottle I was buying other things so I did not check properly but really if something is packaged up you expect it to do what it says on the bottle!

Wrong Product. Ordered folic acid and was sent a pregnancy formula containing folic acid. No return policy means I’m stuck with it.

I am full carnivore because I'm elergic to all foods, fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue, I have no inflammation In my body now 90% free of pain,but my electrolytes were of balance I got a free high five multivitamin from shop with scan code, it was immediately I felt the affects from the magnesium and no cramps at night now, I have just got my magnesium bisglycinate the best one for fibromyalgia haven't had any yet, going to take before bed, I just started the high strength probiotic yesterday bad morning on it, but today was no issues at all, I only have ever used viridian because they are clean and pure, and I feel the difference in a short time,I completely recommend this brand to anyone who is chronicly ill, they even call you if you have a query absolutely AA++ I'm so grateful that they care about us all and most of us can afford their prices,If the supplements were rubbish my body would most definitely tell me, my body runs like a machine now, please research the carnivore diet for any disease it literally cures it, plants have oxolates in them and was making me crippled, now I live a life

I’ve been using Viridian supplements for several years and I truly trust their quality. I don’t take them constantly, but whenever I need to restore my vitamins or minerals, I always find something that fits my needs. Recently, I tried the Essential Woman Complex — it really helped me regain energy and balance while returning to corporate work after a slow period. I take Viridian Nutrition Curcumin and joint supplement daily along with other veridian products but without the these two key products I go from completing ultra marathons over 150 to struggling to get down the stairs!
