Total, useless crap. The ones sent to me were obviously used, scratched and cloudy, but they would have been useless if they had been bright and shiny-new. Maybe they just sell returns at this point. Yuk and shame on those people!

Awful, cheap product. Glasses arrived scratched, company agreed to refund upon return then ignored my request. Never again.

By sheer volume of negative responses, I sit here wondering two things; Why no one has contacted the site which played the ad, requesting they act responsibly and remove the ad, and why so few of those affected are willing to pursue these criminals UNTIL their funds have been returned. The United States has a consumer protection organization.... Federal Trade Commission, specifically designed to combat and/or punish predators like this co. These predators rely on the approx. 40% of consumers who are too lazy to pursue a refund.
ANY TIME YOU HEAR THE SAME, OR SIMILAR MUSIC, and it's COUPLED with a story depicting an alleged inventor.... LOOK HIM/HER UP people!

I paid $50 for a pair that arrived scratched and one adjustment screw was broken. when i asked for a refund they offered 10% discount, after asking a second time they offered 25% discount and after pestering them the third time they came back with a (final) 40% REFUND offer and I could keep the junky glasses which are good for nothing. I accepted that offer even tho it means they will refund only $20 but that was 2 days ago and I have yet to hear anything about when I will recieve my refund. Has anyone actually gotten a refund at all?

I was expecting a level of quality that would at least meet that of the 'readers' you can buy for a few pounds. The quality of the adjustable glasses is just appalling. They are made of cheap plastic and the so called lenses were scratched and so crudely made that it was impossible to see clearly through them. The frames are made of a soft cheap plastic. The adjustment mechanism is just laughable. I have bought far better quality glasses in a pound shop for yes, a pound. Do not buy this product, you WILL be disappointed and then the fun starts to get your money back.

Looks like broken cheap toy. Worth 10 cents, completely useless.

having bought these glasses I realized that the glasses do not come up to the expectations of the advert visionpro put out, cheap plastic, the adjuster/s not working and coming out of their place, what looks like a fingerprint on the right eye lens...do yourself a favour and get something better at poundsavers.. having paid by PayPal they got my money back..

This outfit is a total SCAM! I got my glasses and tried them and they don't work. There is no way you can return them as they have no address nor telephone number.

***DO NOT BUY*** Received my order June 30, 2020, I first noticed the cheap packaging, when opened I found scratch marks on the center of both lenses. The frames are made of the cheap plastic. Tried them on and could not get them to focus for either eye. Called my credit card company and opened up a case file against this company. Avoid the headache.

Scammers - poor service and terrible product

These people are scammers. The product does not work at all, and to try and send them back for a refund is appalling. They were very hostile in the end with their response, I had to ask 4 times for the return address, and I found myself going in a circle. The warehouse is in Hong Kong and they want you to pay the shipping etc. to send them back, were it should be free returns. I am so angry with this company I am taking this matter further.

I saw these on a glossy YouTube advert. The website looked slick so I decided to risk it as I couldn't get to an optician during the coronavirus crisis.

I can't give them 0 stars so I had to give them 1. These are cheap, shoddy glasses which simply do not work - I laughed when they arrived as they looked like the sort of thing you'd buy in a pound shop, only worse! I've seen them online for £3 or for £5.99 on eBay and even that isn't worth it as they don't work.

So I asked for a refund. And the email exchanges were pleasant enough but 'their policy' is that you have to return them through tracked mail. Or they offered me a 10% discount and I could keep the product - so I'd pay £36 for a piece of tat, which would be put straight into the recycling.

Then when I insisted on a refund, they told me they had to be returned to China. I checked the price of tracked mail to China, which was going to cost £30. So they are going straight in the bin.

Please don't make the same mistake! I'm laughing as I write this at what a mug I am. Lesson learned, I won't be doing this again.

Junk, suitable for a christmas cracker at best. Went straight in the bin. Some sick, demented company wasting the planets resources to produce landfill with no usefull mid phase.

Absolute Tat!!!!! Rip Off! Had better glasses out of a Christmas cracker!

Avoid these like the plague. They look and feel cheap and nasty. They don't work, the right hand adjuster came off the first time I tried it and there is a finger print on the inside of the two right hand lenses, where you can't get in to clean it. Not at all what I expected from the price. Too much even at a quarter of the cost.

BX Trading Ltd Hong Kong sell mostly inferior products that are well marketed to catch you out. I managed to get refund via Paypal as they give you an address in China (Room 1303 etc in Shaxi Town) which is too long to use on-line and no phone number so parcel companies won't generally accept parcels anyway, and if they do cost 10 x more than products are worth! Basically the adjustable glasses are a scam from this company.
