This tea has a nice flavour and is ver soothing before bedtime. I like the fact it has added magnesium.

This has been a life saver for my restless legs - I have a cup before I go to bed - highly recommended - wish they came in bigger quantities and without the external box as they are individually wrapped. Why not use a paper bag instead of a box! Thanks for inventing this product - love it
