I was contacted at a time when I wanted my batteries moving from the loft to outside below the kitchen window. Jamie came out to see what would need to be done and was very helpful . I wanted the work to be done ASAP and sure enough the following day the electricians arrived. I marked the positions on the wall where I wanted the batteries and inverter to go and they fitted them with no problems. I have been very pleased with the process and the work that was done.

Vital - we are very pleased with this company, we had a new battery installation to add to our Solar panel's.
From the start Jamie and the installers were very courteous and listened to what we were after down to the placement of the battery etc, there was no hassle at all. And Jamie has kept in contact after the installation was completed guiding us on getting the right tariffs etc from our electricity provider.
Would recommend Vital and Jamie to anyone who is looking to get Solar or have additions to their system.

Vital improvements has taken over after previous company went into liquidation.
Had a new inverter and battery installed as the old system was becoming outdated and inefficient.
The new equipment also includes a yearly service and maintenance plan - which never happened with the previous company.
The installers were very pleasant and hard working and Jamie is very patient and helpful, easy to contact for advise compared to the last company who became impossible to contact.
Good service, would recommend.

They call up to say they have taken over a liquidated company and want to do a free survey on your panels.

When they check the equipment, "they find a fault" because they've broken it or temporarily turned it off. Then quote you an arm and a leg to get it repaired.

Fantastic solar company! They installed a 9.4kW battery at a spectacular price and also added bird mesh and completed a full panel clean. I was sceptical at first, but they truly went above and beyond and included a service and maintenance plan. Very professional and highly recommended.

We had a battery system with a new inverter installed for my mother as her exiting system was outdated and was due a change. The service was professional from start to finish. The two installers, Anthony and Reece, were polite, respectful, and very hard-working. They took the time to make sure everything was working properly that we fully understood how it works that the system works . It was reassuring to see such care taken. I would highly recommend, it was a pleasant experience for me and my mother .

Fantastic service from start to finish. The battery was installed at a very good price, the installers were punctual, polite, and easy to deal with, and the quality of the work was excellent. I’m very happy with the result and would definitely recommend them.

In Spring 2025 I had a solar battery installed by another company but when I wanted to set the system to charge overnight, I was unable to contact this comany by phone, e mail or letter. They appear to have disappeared. I contacted Jamie who now works for Vital Home Improvements Ltd, who have taken over the warranty, offered to manage the system and connected my system to charge the battery overnight. They didn't need to do this and I am VERY grateful.

This company was amazing. From first contact to the completion of our installation it was highly professional. We are actually saving more than expected and what was actually projected for our property, we couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend this company to anyone. 5 start service all round!!
