J'ai commandé le 18/10/20 un EXTRACTEUR DE JUS OSCAR NEO sur leur site vitality4life. On m'a encaissé mes 399 euros le 20/10/20.
Nous sommes le 13/11/20, et je n'ai toujours pas reçu mon EXTRACTEUR DE JUS !!!
J'ai fait 2 mails à l'adresse indiquée sur leur site et personne ne me répond !!!
J'ai appelé à leur 2 numéros de téléphone indiqués sur leur site : 05.82.84.06.22/05.16.57.71.80 et je tombe sur un répondeur qui me dit que leur messagerie est pleine !
Je crois bien que le site Vitality4lifre sont des escrocs ! J'espère me tromper ...

Voici le 2e extracteur Biochef que je commande à cette Société pour mes enfants. Le 1er fin 2018, le 2e début septembre 2020. Premier achat livré avec livre de recettes, pour le second il m'est répondu que le support papier ne se faisait pas et que lors de la 1ère commande, c'était "une offre exceptionnelle", quelle chance j'ai eue!! Donc, à moi d'imprimer le livre !! Désolant car le montant de mes commandes s'élève en tout, aux environs de 700€. Donc, au boulot, perte de temps, consommation de cartouches d'encre et surtout, côté peu pratique pour consulter les recettes sur des pages volantes !. Dommage que ce détail, pas si anodin, fasse chuter la note et oblige à faire un commentaire très moyen.

I actually never bought anything from this company but their customer service was working just superb. When hovering over different product and trying to start a life chat with them no one was available at that point but in a few minutes after I lweft they got back to me via email. (Natalie - customer service rep)

I bought a juicer that I eventually did not need as my partner bought one too in the meantime and I asked for a full refund which was processed straight away and I received the money back on my CC on the 3rd day from raising the claim.

Very satisfied with this although cannot judge the quality of the products. In EU they are rated 83%-95% though.

Had my Galaxy blender for 8 weeks, used it for making soft fruit smoothies once a day. The blades broke whilst making my smoothie.

I asked their customer services for a refund as I did not think the product was fit for purpose. They responded to my email and was told as it was our of their 30 day returns policy they could not offer me a refund.

They offered replacement blades and asked if the jug had been damaged. I told them it had.

They sent the replacement jug but guess what, no blades installed.

I contacted customer services and told them this and that I still cannot use the blender.

Their response was that they were unaware that when they ordered the replacement jug it did not come with blades.

I am now awaiting the blades which I will have to install myself. I am not sure I can do this as I have arthritic fingers.

My experience with this company and its products has been the worst I have ever had when buying on line.

I would recommend to anyone thinking of buying a blender not to buy their products.

J'ai reçu un déshydrateur avec une porte cassée.
Je l'ai signalé seulement 15j plus tard car j'étais absent.
Le service m'a répondu dans l'heure, et j'ai reçu une nouvelle porte 3j plus tard.
Super efficacité du Sav. Et excellente réactivité du site.

Do not buy from Vitality4life. They will not honour the warranty on my juicer and refuse to take any responsibility. They will not even advise me how/ where I can get my juicer serviced at my own expense. The warranty for the motor on my juicer is for 20 years but that is meaningless because the supplier will not honour it

Absolutely disgusting way of treating people. Customer service is making million excuses not to help, or take responsibility for faulty equipment. I have been contacting them every day for 10 day, provided all information they wanted and still no answer or support was offered. Never buy anything from them.you have been warned.

Au bout de deux mois mon nutriboots a grillé... MAIS surtout, c'est client, donc à MOI de payer les frais de retour de ce dernier....!!! Soit entre 15/20€..

Très mauvaise expérience avec cette société.
Les évaluations étaient donc justes, j'aurais dû leur faire confiance.

Mensonger et cher faites attention on dirait que tout est beau chez eux mais ce n'est pas le cas. En particulier pour l' extracteur de jus manuel inox.

produit Mixeur BioChef Haute Performance soit disant professionnel mais de piètre qualité et service après vente absent
