I received a bottle of oils that was broken. It smelled terrible and I did not want another. I requested a refund. The company would ONLY do a replacement. I sent several messages requesting a refund and not a replacement. From them, it would be a replacement only. I shall take my business elsewhere.

Worst, most dishonest company I've dealt with in a very long time. In short, I've been trying to cancel for 8 months by following their online procedures and still getting charged. Also had other companies say I'm being charged for stuff I didn't order that was through vitality extracts. Scammers selling personal and financial info.

Ordered on March 6, 2024 an item. Never received conformation about my order or when it would be shipped. Have sent an email to them but email was never answered. Just wondering if this is a good company to do business with.

Scammers. The code wouldn't work. The one person on the phone coudnt do anything. Kept sending to a line that wasn't being picked up. Charged me full price somehow. Product is subpar. Customer service is non exsistent. Terrible. Horrible!

Worst experience I’ve ever had!!
They signed me up for auto ship without my permission.
Charged me and shipped product to my old address.
I could not get customer service on the phone nor would they respond to my many emails.
Complete jerks and frauds! Steer clear.

My name is Helen Hall-Davidson. I ordered Frankincense oil big 30 months x 2 bogobig my confirmation order number is4098917. I did not receive my other. Please correct or refund. I really like your product. I hope I can get it

I ordered 4 30ml bottles of essential oil blend for hair. They were at the discount price offered which apparently later disqualifies you for a refund if you wish to return the item… but they give you a credit. No thanks. Also what is not mentioned is there is a profound duty charge if the delivery is to Canada. I waited for weeks thinking I had free, fast delivery and no tracking after the items reached the border & “International Carrier” which was Canada Post. Now, I have to get to my Post Office somehow (I’m not very mobile” and pay a further $33.00 CA. I have worries that the bottles will be leaking or broken which as stated in other reviews. Hopefully not. I will not be ordering from this company again.

I placed and order- order# 4045189, The order arrived and 2 out of the 4 oils were not sealed and one was leaking. I called to explain that I received oils that were not sealed, and scent was coming from and on one of the bottles (with the dropper in it). I have never received a bottle with the dropper in it either. Sounds a lot like product that was shipped to someone else, they didn't like it and it was shipped back to the company and now the company is resending it to me.. I was told that is a "new cap". I raised this as a safety concerned. How do I know that the product wasn't contaminated? He offered to give me a credit and I said will the next product be sealed? He was unsure. How do you not know? I asked for a manager and was told I had to wait 24/48 hours for a call back. Then they call while you are at work, and when you call back no one picks up. The manager left a voicemail telling me that I can't have replacement product that is sealed, nor can I send back for a refund. What kind of customer service is this? How I do I know the product isn't contaminated? I have been ordering oils for years and never one time have I received bottles that were not sealed. Wouldn't this be a liability on the company? What is the product was contaminated? I would like sealed bottles. Is that too much to ask for? Cecelia is the one that left a message, and no one answered (of course) when I called back. What a joke! A picture was provided to Vitality but I will provide again if needed.

My skin is changing with Skin Envy. I use it with their carrier oils and also use a few drops in my sunscreen in the morning. The difference in my skin has been remarkable. I have had no issues with ordering, with the products leaking in shipment or in the quality. I wish I could add a photo!

My first order the end of December was received late and a roller bottle was leaking. Sent an email to Vitality several times with no response and tried to reach them by phone. Finally I received an email asking for pictures, which I sent, and over a week later received a response that they would replace it, no instructions and I received a confirmation for my next order that I never authorized. The order was the same as the first order. Their response was that it was too late to stop the new order and directed me to returns, but they couldn't tell me when it was shipping. I called my bank hopefully to stop them from pulling the unauthorized funds. I'm furious! This is not a trustworthy company.

Horrible customer service. One item in my order was broken (sharp glass present) along with oil covering everything else. Contacted them via email the same day - they asked me to send pics. I did. No response. Probably will throw everything away - I don't put stuff on my skin that has such poor quality assurance, and customer service. Scary.

Love the products. The worst customer service… I have reached out to them by email and texting that order has not arrived to mailbox. the tracking number says delivered. I am not sure what type of mailing they did if it was registered or normal they should have to find out for me since
The local mail service seems not to help me, I have reported the issue, unfortunately haven’t heard back from them yet . Now 10 days has passed since it said delivered

If I could give zero stars I would. Placed an order on 12/13. Still have not received it. Emailed to no avail, tried to online chat to no avail and sat on the phone with it just ringing forever. So now I'm just screwed over and wasted money on something that was a Christmas present which is clearly now past.

Great quality and priced in my opinion. Shipping can be pricey and lengthy but, it’s worth the wait. I wouldn’t trust any other company..

doesn't smell like Frankincense companies like this use people and its wrong Essential oils are so healing and they are ruining the experience the bottle doesn't even say country of origin which is important seriously how do they look at themselves in the mirror?

I have used the frankincense, stress ease, and the migraine care for years. These are all quality products. I suffer with debilitating fibromyalgia and rheumatoid arthritis and the frankincense oil has been a game changer. I have recommended the frankincense oil to a friend with MS that was having horrible side effects from medication and the oil has helped significantly. I swear by this brand. That being said, I’ve never had a need to contact customer service.

Do NOT ever order from them. They are scammers! They took my money and never shipped my item. Customer service is terrible, they act like never heard or seen my paid order. I repeat they are scammers!!!

Stay clear!! Communication is zer0. They respond to questions with automated messages. Shipping is by turtle, if you get it at all. Product is average to poor.

Do NOT order from this company! I was a new customer. Ordered lavender oil . Did not like the smell. Two bottles unopened the other used once. No problem . I returned item for refund. They said they do not issue refunds. They’ll give a store credit. I explained I was unhappy & didn’t wish to purchase anything else. That’s their policy they said. So I chose a bracelet which I wasn’t really wanting, within the price range including shipping for my issued credit . They want to charge me shipping & handling & leave me with a balance unused $10 . They try to get every cent out of you they can .

The products are exceptionally good. HOWEVER, the delivery is as bad as it gets, WORST delivery of any online ordering I have ever experienced. And I don't get a response. Over $100 just lost in the process. Don't expect timely service of this product!!!
