I did not receive a confirmation e-mail
for my order with details of the order and the amount paid. I don’t know how to contact you as there is no contact number on the French website. Please send me an e-mail for my order from the 13 of Jan. I still haven’t received it but I am travelling this week. Would be nice to know.

It is very confusing I thought I had ordered on a wrong website so I spent time trying to get inforlation, sending you 2 elails etc
Pkease get that fixed
And continue being very useful for pepople hair :)

Ma mauvais expérience n’était pas avec le produit, mais avec le site viviscal.fr où j’ai acheté deux boîtes du produit le 16/07/2023 et ils m’ont rien envoyé jusqu’à présent. De plus j’arrive pas à les contacter ni par téléphone ni par message. Alors très attention à ce site, ce que me choque plus est qu’il s’agit du site officiel.

STAY AWAY ITS A SCAM
I have 0 idea what is going with administration in France but I am gobsmacked that its that bad. I ordered 3 boxes that never came. After a month of waiting, I decided to check my order section on the website and it was mentioned that it was delivered and a tracking number was provided. I contacted the delivery service and they told me this number has never been in their system. Absolutely fraudulent and to avoid at all cost. No answers to emails or queries or phone calls. If you're in France, order via FeelUnique and avoid this website at all cost.
