Easy to use, select, and find talent.

I sent out a casting to three voice talents and received only one response. Fortunately it was one of my top two picks and not only did they VoiceOver fit perfectly into our project, he was very easy to work with.

They've released my funds to an incompetent client although I told them not to.

Desde finales de Diciembre venimos esperando un pago por parte de Voices por un proyecto llamado Cinematics TTS y hasta ahora en abril la respuesta sigue siendo la misma, "el cliente sigue revisando". El proyecto lo pidieron realizar de una semana para otra, así de rápido pero a la hora de pagar no están cumpliendo. Espero que se hagan cargo de la situación por respeto a los usuarios y profesionales en general, de todas las personas que han hecho el trabajo con alta calidad como lo pedían, un trabajo amplio y complicado.

The ability to submit a script and have non-AI generated responses is awesome. I was able to compare reads between multiple respondents to make the right choice for the final voice talent hire. Also, the site is super easy to navigate and use.

Do not pay and get membership.They don't have any respect to talents! You won't be chosen or payed!
Even if you are professional talent or not i think they are joking with you!

Becoming a member of this site is the biggest mistake of my life. I have worked professionally on TV and radio as a linguist, voice-over, tourism programs and even as an actor and this site does not respect this work and gives you stupid advices! Don't waste your time, they don't even deserve a star on this site!You won't be choosen as talent or paid!You will wait for eternity!

I really appreciate/love Voices platform.
Such an amazing system! I get SOOO many submissions when I post, and it's amazing to hear all these talents. The entire process is just so smooth from submitting to hire, to reviewing and downloading final files from the hired voice actor!

I completed a voice-over job for Voice back in December, recording several hours of audio for an AI project. My work was approved by Voice, yet now—more than three months later—I still haven’t received payment.

Communication has been extremely poor, and it’s impossible to get a clear answer on when the payment will be made. They keep making promises, but the payment never arrives. This feels highly unprofessional, especially after delivering the work on time.

I was shortlisted to do video samples for this company. I sent these high quality videos to them and was never remunerated. I have emailed Adam Warcholyk who said it was subcontracted and gave me a weird email to contact. No response from that email. No response from Adam as well now.
Don't do any surveys for this company as they will clearly not pay for your time, your personal information you have put out and your effort.

I am pleased with the site, I believe I am finding the right clients and projects and so far, voices has been a good source of jobs to me.

I understand the people having problems with the fees, I do, but honestly, I think it's only fair.
They're constantly sending you auditions based on what skills and demos you feed the platform. Yes, it's be more convenient for Talent to recieve closer to 100% of the clients' payout, but it's still pretty fair. Without the platform, I'd still be dreaming about working as a voice actor and treating it like an unachievable goal. This way, not only do I get the chance to show my skills and audition directly for people who might have a use for me, I also get the security that I'm not going to be scammed - provided I follow Voices' terms - and can get the feedback that I'm on the right track every time I get shortlisted. Furthermore, have taken the opportunity to take part in webinars, and the YouTube channel has answered every doubt I've questioned. I'm honestly quite pleased. Would I love to earn a little more? Yes, but I find that taking the responsibilty onto myself, and learning how to present my services goes a long way.
I've heard some people say other platforms, like Voice123 or such, might better for some people after you've already gotten started, but frankly, for all intents and purposes I've had, I'm very satisfied... It's a challenging industry, and the fact that I'm not at 0 anymore after 3 months... is very hope inducing.

En diciembre 2024, el día 9, entregué encargo para una empresa con intermediación de Voices, cumpliendo tiempos, formato, etc. La plataforma Voices lo supervisó y aprobó archivos inicialmente. Un mes después, en enero 2025, me dijeron que el pago se retrasaría por el gran volumen del proyecto. 2 meses después, en febrero 2025, me informaron de exactamente lo mismo: retraso en el pago por parte de la empresa contratante. 3 meses después aún no he recibido el pago del trabajo. Siempre que he intercambiado correos periódicamente preguntando cómo va la evolución, la respuesta ha llegado rápido hasta el de hace una semana, día 3 de marzo 2025 que sigue sin respuesta y yo sin haber percibido el pago. En fin, la plataforma aparentemente es profesional y a mí me salieron invitaciones privadas a ofertas casi desde que me registré en el último trimestre 2024, pero según esta experiencia que estoy teniendo con impago no quisiera que le ocurra a nadie más. A pesar de haber firmado contrato interno, que eso me daba seguridad, por ahora me puede más la evidencia real que la apariencia formal... Si hay novedades próximas respecto a la retribución volveré a actualizar.

*ACTUALIZO A 3/6/2025 porque me pagaron por fin el trabajo. Tardaron 6 meses pero cumplieron.

Voices.com is a great format for beginning VO artists. Their website is simple and easy to use, and their voice match algorithm works well to funnel the right kinds of auditions to you based on your skills.

Stay away from this cheat company, I and my partner did three hours of voices registrations and after sending them and uploaded on their portal they informed us that we won’t be paid because no more interested, I really advise you to don’t work for this unfair company. They have our registered voices, they can do anything with them and we didn’t receive any

Almost everything was great. The only thing - I had troubles with my payment. But it’s because of my location and payments restrictions in Ukraine. Your staff was very friendly and helpful, they did everything they could to help me with this issue. Thanks a lot!

The fact that Voices takes 20% of the talent’s earnings when they already charge the client a boatload of cash to even post their job is robbery. Yes, it is a convenient way to be seen and interact with clients, but so is VO Planet, Backstage, Casting Network, Voice123, etc. and they don’t take 20%. Another way to spell Voices.com is G-R-E-E-D!
