I placed an order for two pairs of cargo trousers on 28 May 2025. I didn’t hear anything for weeks, so I emailed them to ask where my order was. Only then did they respond to say it had been “lost.” Since that one message, they have completely ignored all of my follow-up emails.
It has now been over 4 weeks and I have received nothing. No replacement, no refund, and no proper tracking. Their system falsely says the order is “on the way,” but there is no tracking number or courier info.
The store has no phone number, no business address, and no presence on review platforms. I have had to file a chargeback with my bank to try and get my money back.
Avoid this site. It appears to be a scam or a completely unreliable business with no customer support.
Major Red Flags
1. No business address, phone number, or company registration details.
2. No social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok — nothing).
3. No listing on Trustpilot, Google Reviews, or other review sites.
4. They only replied when contacted them, then ignored for 4+ weeks.
5. “Delivered/on the way” tracking is fake, with no tracking number or courier.
6. Never received my items, and now they’ve gone silent.
