I recently had my first experience of buying a brand new car and it was from Volkswagen. Craig and the team were just fantastic from our very first phone call to picking up the car and beyond. I can’t speak highly enough of my experience. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone was so lovely and helpful. Picking up the car was very special and everyone made a huge fuss which was such a lovely touch. Thank you Craig and everyone at Sinclair Volkswagen Swansea!

It’s a scam. I ordered a dash cam 1.5 weeks ago. However, it hasn’t been dispatched yet—no response by email, phone, or online contact form.

Another excellent experience at VW Port Talbot while buying our car. Nick and the team were professional and friendly as always. Nothing was too much trouble for Nick, and all my questions were answered to my satisfaction. Thanks again.

Purchased a car which was suppose to be delivered b6 September.... still nothing. The non communication from vw sinclair is unacceptable and it'd always me phoning and chasing. I am left without a car...but after many phone calls I was told good news.. its been built! Yes I know I got told that in October 2024.. I love vw but now after this experience I would rather not deal with vw sinclair swansea and go back to bmw synter

Liam in the showroom is brill however, we have been waiting 5 months for our new Troc which we were excited to pick up today... to be contacted 4 hours before collection to say the finance had been declined and our order is now cancelled. Baring in mind our finance was accepted 5 months ago and NOTHING has changed since then.
Quick enough to take 9k deposit from us last week... absolutely shocking! 5 months we have been waiting and 4 HOURS before you tell us, we could have baught an alternative 5 months ago!!!

Bought a Touareg last August! It’s developed a fault on the AC - earliest they can look at the fault - almost 2 months. Terrible service.

WOW what an incredible customer service recieved by Sinclair VW Newport, reference to my recent car purchase for my daughter - Adam initially spoke to me regarding a car my daughter saw online which I wanted a easy transaction and delivery of her car as I was in a rush to get it, Adam listened to my issues and dealt with my request fast an effectively

My god did Adam live up to his words, he is an absolute legend and did the fastest transaction of all time and aranged delivery of the car for this Sunday, I can't wait to see my babies face when receiving new car.

Inbetween the conversation had, I received a personalised video before and after transaction explaining what he has done and what will happen, WOW what a great touch. 

To top it all off my Daughter had the biggest smile on her face on Sunday morning and I also received a card from Adam thanking me for my purchase and a follow up call on Monday.

So after receiving this level of service from Adam puts a smile on my face, so I thank you all but a big shout out goes to Adam a true legend, its a real shame we didn't cross paths but Hope we do one day so I can personally thank you.

Wow if you are looking for Parts for VW This is the Company You Need! I had contacted other VW Dealers in my local area in Yorkshire who didn't even respond to Online Requests or e-mails to purchase a new Windbreak for my Wife's VW Beetle Convertible.

As the item was only available on back order - I called Sinclair's in Cardiff and they answered all my questions and explained that it came with the caddy and clips to install in the boot. They explained the lead time of up to 21-days with the part coming from VW Germany.

A few weeks later, I got a call to say the Part had arrived with them and would be shipped in the next 24 hours so should have it within the next 3 days. It arrived the NEXT Day here in Sheffield. Perfect packaging all in mint condition. The item fitted perfectly (so happy wife - happy life) and they even threw in a lovely leather VW key-ring.

So If you are looking for any Genuine parts or Accessories for you VW then I can highly recommend this company. Great people in the Parts Division - and great Service - thank you.

Oh and by the way the genuine parts were £100 - £200 cheaper than those being offered second hand on a well know auction site !
