I have received two deliveries so far and both times I was extremely pleased both with the delivery and beautiful products.

Delivery to my UK address was quick ( next day) and I received status updates on every step of delivery via email which was really helpful.

Would love to know more about their great ethical commitment; apparently they give a lot of money to charity. Thats admirable, which charity and what percentage of sales are you working to? Would be interesting to know more?
Quality of product looks good.
Packaging is clumsy. Great that it uses biodegradable plastic and recyclable cardboard, but something which also reflects the product price and isnt straight off the shelf would be nice.
Branding is poor, looks like a microsoft Word drafted graphic. Experience can be easily improved with a branding & design overhaul. Thank you.

Easy to use website for last minute gift card purchase. Trusted company, always reliable.

The way the skirt is sewed is not correct, the size is larger than described on the website, i have to pay for sending it back. Will not buy from this website again.

So so pleased with my dress from Voya! It arrived really quickly and wrapped beautifully. It fits like a dream and is so versatile so I know I will be able to wear this piece time and time again which I love.
I'm on a path to developing a more capsule wardrobe so this is a perfect addition and I really love the fact that Voya are using sustainable fabrics and not contributing to 'disposable/fast fashion.'

I love this company. They have a very personalised approach which feels caring and attentive. I have tried out several of their items and have kept the black adjustable skirt which will be great for the autumn/winter and for cooler summer days i think as well. I like the way that the length can be varied and think it looks rather nice with the sides at different levels! The clothes all feel lovely- luxurious fabrics and i find the monochrome tones very wearable - lovely to accessorise with bright jewellery, shoes or lipstick - or hair! The service has been really speedy every time i have used them - both for delivery and for acknowledgement of returns and payment of refunds - even through lockdown when most companies were operating more slowly. So, overall, amazing clothes and customer service - i have recommended Voya to friends.

Excellent service received with delivery updates. My dress arrived in a lovely box securely packaged. Trying it on I was a little apprehensive as I am 6ft and have a larger chest but it fitted perfectly. Like it was made for me! Material is stunning and you can really see the quality. Will definately be ordering more!

Omg I absolutely love this brand!!! I love the cuts and the fabrics. It’s hard to find sizes that fit me as I’m petite (5’2) but Voya falls and shapes me perfectly. Can’t recommended the quality highly enough and I love the classic mixed with a sophisticated modern edge.

Voya is exactly what I was looking for. Great quality clothes made ethically and sustainably. Their philosophy is clear throughout the whole experience of shopping with them. Collections are minimal, and clothes are of great quality, so I am sure they will last for ever.
My journey with Voya started with a purchase of polaris silk top and I loved it for the cut, the fit and the quality of material. The silk made me feel cool immediately, I don’t recall having the same experience with any other silk pieces I’ve had before, it will be my essential travel companion. I was so impressed with it, I went back for more and ordered neptune silk midi dress, which has a great cut and the craftsmanship is impressive.
I like the ethos and was really pleasantly surprised when I received my first order, as the content made me believe in the eco message even more – I will not disclose here what the little gift was in case, like me, you’d like to be surprised, but it definitely proves the companies philosophy.
I’ve had returns (as ordered each item in two sizes), which was processes very quickly. Customer service was very helpful and responds immediately. Delivery prompt and packaging smart. Overall a very pleasant experience which resulted in me having two lovely garments in my wardrobe and Voya gaining a loyal customer.

As I learned about their 'slow fashion' pholisophy (ethical sourcing, sustainable production), I'm even happier to support them. Their clothes make me looks stylish both at home and on the road. My favorite is the off-the-shoulder Alrai dress that you can dress up or dress down, for the beach or restaurant. I can't wait to try more pieces from their collection!

Great fabric, cut & stitching. Would recommend going a size lager, however will be buying again! Voya my new favourite brand!

Absolutely love my dress. Unfortunately too big for me, despite buying the smallest size (due to my short height - 5"2 - as I'd say the dress is designed for someone a bit taller really). However, I made some slight alterations as I loved it so much! The site seems a bit glitchy as I had about 3 emails telling me that I hadn't completed my purchase, though upon enquiring, I was promptly assured that I had. Delivery was very quick and customer service great. Possibly a little overpriced for what it is, but makes up for it by being very wearable in lots of different settings, so I know I will get tons of use out of it. Overall, would shop here again :)
