Great quality fast delivery, enjoying it.

Shipped wrong product and they do not respond! I tried to cancel the order before it shipped, but they didn't have a way of doing it online. I sent an email, but never heard back. I received the wrong items, and emailed them, but again haven't heard back. I have disputed the charge with the credit card company since the vendor is AWOL.

took a month to get and is not what I thought it would be.
Cord is short and does not bend at end like I was expecting.

This tool works great, and is a must have for anyone who loves to fly fish.I saw an add for this very helpful fly fishing tool, and let me tell you, when you get older and your vision gets worse, and trying to thread your tippet through the eye of a #32 hook and tie your knot, well. I ordered one for myself and my wife, and accidentally hit the wrong button and ended up ordering five 😬! I was going to cancel, but the price was a great deal and will make a cool gift for three of my fishing buddies. The Tug Is The Drug! It gets you hooked! C.B.

The purchase was a digital wall clock.

Never received the clock and you refuse to answer emails

The size of the clock is smaller than the commercial on TV also you can’t just plug into an outlet you have to have a USB Plug also I couldn’t track it when I tried it said not found.

I placed my order, I received tracking information that stated my order had been delivered but I never received my order. I emailed customer service requesting either a new shipment or a full refund, I received neither, nor did I receive a response.

It took a month to receive the bloody thing. Besides that it is gr8.

The usual wait but soon enough parts were in. I bought several with family in mind and they arrived in good shape. The one thing to check is clearance between item and hood when closed.
