What went wrong is that it's hard to read in Chinese. There's a lot of apps that are needed that should be a part of this platform, half of the apps I paid for I can't even use. Bought ISTA-P and I need passwords and activation numbers that aren't offered. ESYS asks for ID numbers that I have no idea what it's asking for also. Overall this product isn't worth 150.00. I'm very unhappy with the HDD but I like the VX obd connector.

I had some issues with the device I ordered, customer service made it easy to get a new device and resolved my issue promptly. The new device worked perfect and is a quality product.

Ordered laptop with full coverage with VCX, after I got it MERCEDES program was not working, send text to JANE, she was something , same day night, engineer came in my laptop by Teamview, he fixed issue, very nice after service, deserve 10 stars.
Even I tried pay for service, she did not accept, what a nice service.

I have received a defective item. I asked the company to guide me for a return and nobody answers till the 30th of Jan, if they will ever answer...

I bought a VCX SE Pro with 3 licenses and upgraded to all licenses in a short time. First bought an additional license, then for all brands. Since the purchases were made in a very short period of time, there was also a very fair pricing. The device works great so far - tested on Toyota and VW. So I can only recommend the VCX SE as well as the company - everything is fast and service-oriented.

Great company and assistance, I bought a VCX SE for Subaru, Toyota ans VW. My need is only for Subaru thus I drive a Subaru BRZ. The delivery (first) was very speed, about 3 dd but the unit was defective. Unit updated itself for firmware but no communication with car both on Toyota and Subaru. I tried several times to update firmware and software, no change. Return on my charges in Belgium with TNT for check the unit because I was sure about unit failure. Customer Assistance sent me another unit , this time fully operating and very happy for customization of Integ Unit in my car. All is well, but I paid sending charges of failed unit.

What a great scanner for MB's. If you do any kind of DIY work, you need this. Saved me over $1,000 on my first try - problem with EIS system and gave me the data I needed.
I love the idea to use it as a generic VXDIAG VCX SE device as well. Highly recommend it.

What an Excellent job sales team did. I purchased a 2 TB hard drive with all license and VCX SE 12 in 1 , excellent choice , one of my applications had an issue and write away team once on line asked for Team Viewer info and they logged in and re-installed the software and took care of issue , I would recommend This vendor for VCX and 2 TB or any of their applications as they stand behind their product.
