I cannot thank Richard Darbinian and Fergus Walsh of Wards Solicitors enough for the excellent support and advice they provided during what was a very stressful legal matter.
From the beginning, they took the time to fully understand the circumstances, listened carefully to all the details, and explained the legal position clearly in a way that was easy to understand. Their advice was professional and realistic, and it gave us confidence that our position was being properly represented.
The matter involved a substantial claim against us, and we felt reassured knowing that our solicitor had carefully considered all aspects of the case, including our evidence, the legal arguments, and the possible outcomes. The response prepared on our behalf was thorough and clearly demonstrated that the claim would be robustly defended.
Following their involvement, we are pleased to say that the matter has now concluded without further action from the other side.
We are extremely grateful for the professionalism, knowledge, and support shown throughout the process. We would highly recommend Wards Solicitors, especially Richard Darbinian and Fergus Walsh to anyone needing legal advice and representation.

Excellent result, professional, honest, and knowledgeable. I was very pleased to have found Richard Darbinian at Wards to help me with a very distressing litigation problem. It was not easy to find help. I’d used another lawyer at a different firm previously which wasted months and expense, and got me nowhere. Richard gave me a half hour introductory call, got straight to the point and within a swift amount of time the matter had been resolved. Payments were clear and upfront from the start. I was very pleased to have found him and highly recommend.

Helpful and responsive when we were moving house.

Theo was great. I was selling my Fathers flat.
The flat sale involved a lot of work and the cost was very reasonable. Theo and Roze had to work hard to do all the administration involved.
Theo was engaging and communicative.

Expensive, but, I felt, worth it. The staff were polite and helpful, an excellent service.

Laura Jakeways was excellent, providing me with advice and explaining everything clearly. I feel reassured that my affairs are in order.

Very prompt and friendly service. It's a strange thought planning for when you're no longer around and putting your affairs in order. However, we were dealt with courteously, professionally and provided with sound advice. Piece of mind knowing we now have this all in order.
