I paid for weekly trash pickup. Paid my bill like clockwork. My pickup days were Friday mornings. Seldom did they ever pick up more than twice a month. Every time they missed I'd email the company and the company ignored most of my emails. You can't leave a voicemail and they never returned my calls. Last Friday they didn't pick up my trash, I emailed them complaining again for the missed pickup. They replied and said they pushed it back a day. I told them they should've notified me. They didn't respond. I asked them to schedule a pickup for mon or Tues and they ignored me. They didn't pick up my trash today either. I emailed them again and they ignored me. Then I emailed and cancelled my services they didn't care!! Poor excuse of a company!! Crooked and unprofessional!!!

An unbelievably impeccable company. I used to work for them and the owner of the company, Kyle Ward, is the most compassionate and caring boss that I have ever had he treats his customers just the same. We always ran a tight schedule whenever we were out doing our routes so we tried as a drivers to keep it pretty consistent. We did trash and recycling pickup as well as bulk pickups and drop off dumpsters. This is around $20 a month for curbside it's really hard to beat especially for the quality. Unlike some waste companies we don't leave anything behind.
