Nice company to deal with though you do need to do your homework before choosing an IR heater - they will not heat your room (or do so very expensively) as they are designed to heat YOU instead, when they can be more energy-efficient as the room can then be otherwise cooler. The item itself is very good, taking about 5 minutes to get warm, hot after 10 minutes, and very hot after 20 minutes. In order to use any IR heater properly you need to be sure that you will be the right distance away - it's nice after 10 minutes but uncomfortable after 20 to stand a couple of feet from. Much further than 2-3 feet though and you won't feel any effect... so basically don't use this to heat a room - use it to supplement a radiator for a short time when you're having a shave, shower or getting ready in the morning. We turn it on automatically about 20 minutes before showering and then it's perfect.
Don't buy one of these to save money, and don't bother with the thermostat option - it's pointless as IR heaters don't heat rooms, they heat you (as a person), so the thermostat is pointless.
Having said all that, it's well made, with the print quality being excellent, although it's tricky to hang (it's heavy and unwieldy to sit on the screwheads), and everything works well. You just need to go into IR heating with your eyes open! One negative (the reason for dropping a star) is that when I dropped them a line pointing out that the warranty card (yes, they ask you to still write and post a warranty card in 2026!) requested the same information that they already had from my order, I had a slightly shirty answer from Shannon who said that "as a gesture of goodwill she had actioned this on your behalf" - how kind, copying and pasting directly in their system rather than having to manually enter it from a card! I actually saved her/them time and effort (as well as myself) but not to worry, Princess Shannon did it for me as a gesture of goodwill... Still, that aside, the team there are great and I appreciated the order updates and I'm happy to recommend Warm4less.

This was the fourth infrared heater we have bought - 3 with our own photographs, they all turned out really well. Good packaging just a slight damage with plug but we were able to rectify. Delivered efficiently by DHL. We have to pay duty in Ireland however the product is worth it.

Good product, great to have a picture rather than a white plain square. Fantastic to have a template to help with putting the fixings on the wall. Best of all having a phone number and someone to talk to just to check any issues you may have. Well done.

Great communication, swift delivery and good product. The Infrared panel works as described, and the art on the panel is lovely.

Purchase was arranged to be delivered on Tuesday between 10 to 2pm , now Thursday still not arrived, should be today before 6pm, but this is what it was stated for yesterday from Fed Ex, still waiting, we will see if it arrives today, very inconvenient.
After posting this, I received a call from Shannon who understood my frustration with Fed Ex, said she would contact them, which see did, and the heater arrived. Very impressed with the customer care from Shannon, with follow up calls and emails. This gave me great confidence, for future purchases.

I was positively surprised to receive a personal letter from customer support, checking if everything is as expected.
I combined the heated mirror panel with a smart plug and it's perfect for the bathroom on a cold winter morning.

From the moment I placed my order for the Infrared Ember heater to the moment it should have arrived was less than 24 hours. Communication from the company was excellent but they were let down by their delivery company who said they would deliver between 10:00 and 14:00. The delivery took place at 17:31. However, the parcel was delivered in good order. The heater was also quite easy to fit and produces a great heat.
