We have been purchasing from Warwickshire Clothing now for some 17 years, VJ and his staff team are always a pleasure to deal with, their products stand the test of time in terms of both quality and performance on our farm based on Worcestershire.

I ordered a new coat between Christmas and New Year. Royal Mail lost the parcel. When I contacted customer service they sent a replacement coat by Tracked24 which was quicker than the original delivery option Tracked48. The person that dealt with my situation was polite and helpful and my coat is snuggly and warm - and so, now, am I ! Thanks Warwickshire Clothing. 😀

They need to review and activate a solid returns policy for faulty goods.. Clearly they have no tried and tested solution to allow customers to return goods to them,,,, indeed they nominate the POST OFFICE... who DO NOT TURN UP TO COLLECT THE GOODS... I have waited over a week,, the parcel is still in my hall way.. AVOID this Co

I ordered a pair of moleskin trousers online, size 34" waist. The trousers that arrived came nowhere near to fitting me. The tape measure of the waist showed 32.5". I returned them and received a refund but the firm refused to pay postage as it claimed the goods were not defective. I'm sorry, but this is dishonest - if they are so far short of their described measurement then they are defective. The answer lies in the tape measure. Customer service chose not to reply. First time customer, last time customer. Do not trust this firm. Order No 1182842.

I purchased a pair of Regatta waterproof trainers from their stall at Sandringham Christmas Market. Vijay went the extra mile to find a shoe that suited my needs as I needed something light & durable for my hobby of flying gliders. Absentmindedly, I placed my bag down whilst browsing at another stall & didn't realise until I had travelled all the way home to mid Lincolnshire, my mistake.
On the off chance I emailed Warwickshire Clothing that evening to ask if I had left it there. Next day, Vijay asked around the other traders & low & behold, they had been found & Vijay posted them foc on 48 courier the following Monday. Couldn't have asked for more & I send them my thanks, yet again. The shoes are great & I highly recommend this company.

If I could give zero stars I would. Paid £54.99 for a trespass Audrey coat. It arrived just as I was going away so did not check it until now. Absolutely horrified. Rips on seams and the hood. Poor quality not Trespass standards. Di not know if it is fake. Very unhappy.

Bought a pair of cargo trousers from Warwickshire Clothing Ebay store recently.
I ordered 29" inside leg, but when the trousers arrived, I measured them, and they were 33" inside leg.
The label on the packaging said 29" inside leg, so the product was mis-sold.
When I returned the trousers, I gave the company all the information they needed, including photographs of the measurements.
They refunded the trousers minus the return postage costs, which they are not allowed to charge return postage under the Sales Of Goods act, when the product is wrongly described.
I've had the biggest lengthy nightmare sending the company emails via eBay, and still I have not received my postal charges refund.
Never again will I purchase any products from Warwickshire Clothing. They are a disgrace.

Made an order with them on Ebay, no item,no response to messages so now just waiting for Ebay to intervene, rubbish.

I have sent a men gilet back to them they sent me a small instead of a 2xl, I told them christmas week about this they told me that even if I sent it back with the post I would not get the correct size before christmas, So when I sent it back asking for exchange or refund they now say it smells of deodorant then they say it has been washed so they are sending it back. I spent 120.00 with this company every thing on my order is 2xl or 5xl or women’s size 20 there is no one who is small in my family I will not be shopping with them again please take care when you order because they make mistake then won’t exchange and tell lies

I needed to change a part of an order that I ordered a week ago. The response I got after eventually getting hold of them on Monday was less than professional. So my order after being changed was delivered today to find one of the orders was faulted. I was dreading ringing them. Thankfully, I spoke to a different person by the name of gurpreet and my good, I couldn’t believe I was speaking to the same company. Absolutely brilliant service. She bent over backwards to help me out with a return and exchange. My faith in this company is restored. I’ll definite return to this company after today. Thank you gurpreet

The service that I received from the Millets Farm team was second to none. I was asked if I needed any help and was then left alone to look at the items. On selecting an item I was asked if I wanted to try it on, which I did. When I made the transaction, again the service was perfect. I was so impressed that I went home and contacted Warwickshire Clothing to compliment them. For me this level of service is quite rare in this day and age and would highly recommend them.

Although the trousers were did not fit the delivery return and refund from Warwickshire Clothing was quick and easy. Good company to deal with

I Brought these "Regatta Waterproof Breathable Rain Over Trousers Packaway Packable Pac In A Bag" And the Jacket too match and They are Brilliant. I brought them the next size up as I have to where my uniform underneath I was concerned that I would get to hot in them but I didn’t I found them very breatherable much Better than other waterproofs that I have brought in the past that have stated the same. I'm a Home shopping delivery driver and these are perfect for my job and the fact that they fold up into there tiny Bag means once they are dry I can keep them in my locker at work. And the Bag is plenty Big enough I do not struggle to get them back into the bag. ((Unlike sleeping bags)) I Recommend These to everyone would Be perfect for Fishing Camping or Hiking and they are Very Waterproof Heavy Down poor first time I used them but I was Bone Dry.

I found Warwickshire Clothing an excellent firm. I ordered my jacket on Monday and it was delivered the next day. Great. I love my jacket. I sent an email to say thanks and got a kind message back. I recomend this firm and am very happy with the service & of course my jacket

I bought a couple of Hazy Blue Blouses from Warwickshire Clothing's stall while we were away at Badminton Horse Trails. Unfortunately when I got the home and washed them some of the color ran from the cuffs and collar. I contacted Warwickshire Clothing Customer Service and they immediately posted me replacements. Thank you very much to Mona on their customer service team, most helpful and understanding.
