I applied watsons membership to enjoy the promotions and discounts. Unfortunately I didn't get the discount and they sent me wrong items.I tried to contact them but only once I manage to speak to a guy named Philip but after that nobody call or reply my email.This is really bad. I really would like refund and I dnt want your membership as well. Watsons online purchase misleading especially the promotions.

on 3rd oct 20 i went to your store at Toa Payoh and was served by a cashier, Jeannie. she was very helpful . Her work attitude was commendable.

I am amazed at their Customer Service standards. Be prepared to wait for up to a week (at least) before somebody replies your enquiry. And the waiting time is the same for every subsequent replies or questions you have for them. There is no proper service rendered and you are left helpless. They just brush you off with some generics reply and wish you a good day and not solve your problems. Speechless. Just stick to walking into the shops and forget about getting stuff online. Coz good luck when you have issues for you will not be able to get any help.

Super poor experience with Watsons website. Made the transaction and passed through but no records shown under order history. Not sure whether the item will deliver to me or not. Confirmed with the bank and the transaction already passed through. Anyone have same experience? can let me know? i am worried is a spam.

Worst customer post sales service experience. Never buy a one for one item. Already paid for but promotional item is not delivered . No follow up and response after sending emails and queries. Disappointed overall.

Super bad experience with Watsons online shopping.
Stocked up my cart. Which took me through product selection more than 30 min. When was ready to check out, had to fill up all my new customer details. No confirmation sms has arrived. All the while, my cart got emptied.
Abounded the idea of going through the same monotonous exercise.
Never again shopping online with Watsons. Waste of time.

Customer Service is non-existence! Could have given Zero-star if it is available.
Ordered thru app on 01Aug but status still shows "Packing" on 10Aug.
My International Purchase in-contrast has been delivered to me within 6 days with free-shipping. This is called Efficiency and valuing Buyers.

Emails sent to Watsons is also unanswered. Only received their auto-reply that they will revert. Apparently nobody is manning the emails. Chatline is also not available.
Do not be enticed by e-coupon or free vouchers else you will have a hard time waiting for your orders & reply from Watson.
Better to just pop over the store and get the items, Online purchase is not any cheaper.
This is my 1st online purchase with Watsons and the Last!
I'm still waiting for my Order and nobody can help.

WATSONS is atempting to challenge estalbished retailers but falls far behind. Their web-page is clunky and hard to locate items. Items are disorganised. Delivery is based on whqat WATSONS wants and not what the customer has requested. My recent order was delivered on a totally differnt day with no announcement. In short, WATSONS is just on the bandwagon and does not provide anything special that the regular online stores have already. WATSONS is not cheaper, not better in service, or more efficient. Be careful when you make purchases here, you end up spending more.

The worst online purchase I have ever experienced.
The 1st was during Dec 2019, package delivered with cracked compact powder and scattered all over the remaining items in box. 2nd beauty product was not seal wrapped, did’nt look new. After weeks of attempt, finally replied with refund in e-coupon. Gosh...have to go through another of their poor bad online purchase experience.

Nevertheless, before the e-coupon expires (it has expiry date although it was their fault and our own money), i went online to redeem the e-coupon with purchase. however, during the check out, it debited and wiped out the entire amount from my account with no transaction recorded and the cart was still in tact for me to check out. I am still waiting for them to reply and truly really hope it is not going to take weeks again this time.
Never, ever for me to purchase items from them via online. Not once, but twice. Worst online purchase experience .

They have everything I need for health and beauty. Good promotion price. But if not on promotion its not that cheap, so I give 4 stars

Watson’s may not have all the items you might be looking for, but sometimes you feel lucky to chance on products that you maybe looking for. The staff was attentive but normally when it comes to over the counter medicines, they normally, are not so knowledgeable on certain specs. But, they would always suggest a kind of item or medicine (or in my case, an ointment) that I was searching for, when they do not have the brand I wanted.

Watsons online order is totally disappointing.
Firstly, the items were not wrapped at all. They were placed in a nice solid box but no wrapping. I bought a mixture of cosmetics items, including eyeshadow. So you can imagine, two of the eyeshadow cakes broke/crumbled.
The hotline number longer works and there is never anyone on the chat.
They were very fast in replying my first complaint email, and then ... take a few days to follow up on my reply to their queries. And then, no further follow up and they refused to refund and I’m still waiting for them to tell me where I can do the exchange. It’s been about 10 days since I first contacted them. I have no idea when I will hear from them again.
I tried FB. And again, they were fast to reply, but slow to update. Still waiting for them to check. Ehm... I cannot understand the delay. They should just refund and save us all the misery.
I wonder if they will follow up on this post. I don’t want them to check again. I just want a refund.
Wah ... this must be the worst online shopping experience ever.

NEVER NEVER BUY ANYTHING BIG FROM WATSONS. WHEN YOU HAVE PROBLEMS, NO ONE IS IN THE HEAD OFFICE TO HELP YOU. THEY DONT EVEN RESPOND TO YOUR EMAIL. SOMETHING WRONG WITH THIS COMPANY. BEWARE!!!BEWARE!!

Online purchase is horrible
1) Nobody is ever on the lifechat. You cannot get any help
2) Courier service they use - Ninja Van. Totally horrible. First time, one item was missing. Second time, order was not delivered on chosen time slot.
3) Time slot given is 9am to 6pm. Full day but yet it was not delivered
4) Nobody answers the Watson's hotline.
Buy online at your own risk. Better go to the store and buy.
Or best, chose to collect yourself. At least you know you will get your items and someone is there if you have a question.

Have visited Watson’s at Lucky Plaza twice recent for Xmas shopping. Nisan always comes forward to assist willingly and cheerfully. She will recommend best buys and diligently look for the products I need such as facial masks etc. Her prompt and ready response to customer’s needs is most impressive especially if shoppers are in a rush. Watson’s is indeed fortunate to have workers such as her who should be duly rewarded.

第一次在Watson买东西可以得到那么友善的服务态度。是一名在Vivocity工作收银员的男收银员，没有带眼镜，态度很棒！刚好那时候满SGD 50有送SGD 10的VOUCHER，买了很多样小物品不能算在SGD 50里面，心想就算了吧，换东西会很麻烦，反而那个男店员很有耐心说可以让我慢慢选，然后帮我看可不可以过，很耐心的帮我一个个void掉单里面的东西，重新算过，我都不好意思了，他还是很友善很耐心的对客人。遇到服务员好的态度，心情也会好起来👍

Do not shop online!
I wanted a hairdryer that was only available through their delivery online, as I did not just want to purchase just one item I ordered a few other items for delivery. The delivery was prompt, however the hairdryer was missing.

At no point was I informed that it was not going to be delivered. I contacted customer services via email as their phone lines kept saying they were busy and advised to leave a message. I got a prompt email back the next day, saying that the item was out of stock and therefore I will get a evoucher that limits me to use in one transaction only via their online store! I never ever want to shop in their online store again and can't understand why they can't just refund it back to my payment method which was a credit card!.

I contacted them again, they said they can refund it back to the credit card though this will take 4 weeks!

Problems in summary:
1. I was not informed at any point item was out of stock - only realized when it was not delivered and had to email them to ask why.
2. Customer service help line non-existent
3. Default refund method - evoucher with limitations
4. Credit card refund takes 4 weeks!
