Wealden Joinery Reviews

Any the end of 2020, we decided to replace nearly all the windows in our house and approached a number of local companies for quotes. Without doubt, Wealden Joinery were the most responsive and engaged, with Martin showing great forbearance as we took our time to make a final decision on style and wood type. The process of ordering, construction, delivery and installation was straightforward with Wealden keeping us fully informed throughout the process and showing themselves flexible and receptive to requests for small changes along the way. The team which installed the windows (which included Martin, Dave and Mark) was without exception polite and friendly, cleaning and tidying up as the installation progressed. Post installation, Martin followed up to ensure that there were no snags. We have had the windows now for some 8 months and the impact and difference as the weather cools is notable as also is the positive visual impact that the new windows have had on our house. We were very pleased that we picked Wealden Joinery and will certainly use them again as the need arises.

We had circa 15 new windows and 3 sets of French doors installed by Wealden joinery and I can not recommend them highly enough. I got several other quotes but Martin was the only person to actually take the time to come out and see me and his terms were highly competitive. The windows themselves are of excellent quality and Martin fitted them himself (with a bit of help!), which to me is a sign of trust in his own product. The fitting process was also excellent, Martin was very accommodating of our requests to fit certain windows first, he was extremely punctual and the site was always left clean and tidy. Overall we were very happy.

Very helpful and easy company to deal with
Excellent windows superbly fitted
Have already recommended them to a friend
Cant say more than that.

Excellent service, made us a wonderful bespoke door and fitted internal doors and windows. Helpful, friendly service and took pains to ensure we were completely happy with the end result. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I can’t praise this company enough! From Dan who helped me through the choices from different wood types, their qualities and the choice of glazing bars and handles and measured up perfectly, to Mark and Dave who came to fit them.
Mark and Dave’s attention to detail was fantastic! I was consulted on even minor decisions like where to put hooks and other details. They were polite and friendly, cleaned up after themselves and thoroughly checked for any snagging issues and that I was happy before signing off.
I am SO pleased with the quality of my windows and doors and will be back when finances allow, to finish the rest of the house.
Excellent windows and customer service.

Excellent from start to finish. Fantastic attention to detail, thoughtful design, and superb execution. Paperwork and billing etc all very clear and professional as well. Great team of workers. Thank you.

As always, they are amazing. Keeping you informed all the way. Their workmanship is outstanding. Beautifully made windows. Installation was done with care. Arrived on time, clean and tidy and job was done on time.
Martin and his team were fantastic. Thank you all the team

Fabulous fitters and top quality product , very pleased all round

Friendly professional service. Excellent craftsmanship. Reasonable price. I was kept in touch with progress of the manufacturing process. Fitters did very thorough job and cleared up all mess.

Dan and the guys provided a great service from my initial enquiry through to completion of the installation of our new door. They identified potential issues and accommodated site visits, weekend meetings and these were all resolved.
The proof is in the pudding and the end result looks fantastic. The door looks new and shiny but also as if its always been in the 100 year old house.

Wealden Joinery provided an outstanding service. From initial inquiries to finished project the company was extremely professional and efficient in all aspects of replacing our windows and patio door. The finished products are fantastic and bespoke to our needs. Nothing was too much trouble and we were consulted at each stage. The workforce are highly skilled and worked to a very high standard. All snagging was dealt with immediately and we are now proud homeowners with outstanding windows and doors. Would recommend Wealden Joinery to anyone.

Efficient, prompt, friendly - and first class workmanship.

Beautifully made window and excellent service, with a smile!

Wealden Joinery did a really bang-up job replacing all the windows in our period cottage, especially so since most of the time we were out of the country. Interestingly, we had previously got quotes from two UPVC window companies, who were almost as much as Wealden's top spec product - all custom of course - and there is no comparison as to the quality and appearance of the work. Also, the place is so snug now, even on the coldest days, so we must be saving quite a bit of oil. No hesitation in recommending these guys 100%!

Highly recommended - a very professional service and a job well done. I would not hesitate using Wealden Joinery again...

TRANSFORMATION

Daniel and Dave came to replace our front door assembly on a cold, wet and windy November day. We were both astonished and delighted at the speed and care with which the work was done, as well as the cheeriness they displayed throughout. They arrived punctually and completed all the work well within the allocated time. The result has been a transformation - no more draughts, no more leaks, just steady warmth - what a difference! After this, we would never use anyone else for this kind of work in future. Thank you so much for everything! This comes with best wishes from us both.

Beautiful windows, well made and delivered on time.

They were not the cheapest quote but we were very pleased with the quality of the workmanship, the workman on site and the attention to detail. Highly recommended.

Fantastic service and quality finish.
Would use again and have already recommended to a friend looking for a new front door.
