Economics
For years your service was considered the industry standard by many including myself. Every year i would look up a coupon code and re-subscribe and enjoy safe internet, but the last time i tied there were no codes and the price went up, so i did some checking around and found a full servie VPN provider for $23 cad so since my wages have not gone up 8 years its simply a matter of economics.
