The app is really simple to use
The app is really simple to use. I was offered cash for over 150 unwanted cds. It was very easy to use their postal service - postage was paid for so no cost to me. It took about a week to hear back and receive confirmation of payment, which was transferred to my bank account. I'll definitely use them again.

A great, speedy experience
Really like that they have the option for Royal Mail to come to my house and take it away without me having to print a label as I don't have a printer anymore. Got the money in a few days. All in all, a great experience.

It wouldn't let me leave no stars , absolutely rubbish, I ordered a book on amazon prime for next day delivery, for a birthday 2 days later for my boss so you would think plenty of time , nope !!! Still hadn't arrived 3 days later made me look an idiot, no gift in front of my colleagues , promised i can give you your gift in the morning, not a problem, HA , notification sorry delayed will be here tomorrow , so bosses present will now be 5 days late , absolutely ridiculous, avoid the company,!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
