Beware of rcairsoftandmore.com. I ordered several items for birthday gifts for my son-in-law and waited 2 weeks for them to arrive. I received an email that the order was being processed and would ship within 24 hours the afternoon I ordered the items. When they did not arrive I contacted the company to ask about the status. I was told the items were canceled. That would have been a good thing to have known several weeks ago. I urge all buyers to keep on them until the items arrive and not give them the benefit of a doubt that they are actually sending the items.

I made several purchases from Wegotbetterdeals during Christmas and found there service and products to be top notch. This one company that looks after there buyers and sells great items as some of the lowest prices I could find. I will be back when looking to make additional online purchases.

I recently had the displeasure of dealing with wegotbetterdeals. I purchased an item on EBay (they also have a website) that was advertised as BRAND NEW and UNOPENED.

The item arrived and much to my surprise it was not only open but it was used. I contacted customer service and after many emails back and forth they agreed to send a return label to cover return shipping.

A little over a week later I contacted them again to follow-up and they now took the position that no return label was going to be sent.

This is some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They were outright rude.

I would suggest you take your business elsewhere as there are plenty of places to get the same products with actual customer service.
