I sent an email prior to receiving the shipment. The response was that my shipment had already been sent and could not be stopped. I would need to contact them once I got the order now I have contacted them that I got the order and they are not responding. This is a bad deal.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience! When I placed the order, there were only the sleep patches in my cart. The receipt that I was shortly emailed showed an additional bed spray that I did not order. I immediately emailed the company, and told them that was not in my cart. They would not remove the spray from my order, and I was charged for the product.
In addition to adding the item to my cart the patches I did order do not work at all. I might as well be sticking a Hello Kitty sticker on my body! I will never do business with this company. $50 down the drain.

I appreciate the fact they care about you individually.

I appreciate the fact they keep in touch with you. They don't pester you but they tell you about special offers and package deals. They always follow up after an order to make sure things went well. I think they are great company.

This company is a scam-they steal your money

This company is a scam. When you order they add product to your order that you cannot delete. They added a pillow spray I did not want. Also, they shipped the order in two shipments - both delayed several times and they answered my emails that they were working with the shippers and reshipped the product. They would not cancel the unwanted product. I finally 2 months later got my product. Wanted to return and refund - they would not honor their refund because they said it was beyond the 30 day after delivery cut off time. After 12 emails back and forth they did not admit that the delivery window started when they reshipped the product. They are scamming people out of extra money and making good dollars off of their shenanigans!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY EVER!

Please stay away from this fraudulent company with worst business practices. They will send you promotional emails and just after going through the email you will be charged and they will send you their disgusting products which don't work. Placed one order and they just keep coming even though I've requested cancellation 12 times

Placed one order for a one-time purchase for the patches the first part of January, that I got a second pair of patches and another and another and another and I kept sending emails and filling out there for him say to get me out of the database or send me a link so I could remove myself but nothing nope they just keep sending and charging my card. I hate to have to change in my car again but a good afternoon just buy or beware it's horrible when you can't get a company to cooperate with you and they just continue to take your money. The patches don't work for me maybe they will for you but they simply don't offer me the sleep that I need and of course this has added to my frustration which is better even worse. I think their customer service is awful because you never get a human being if you do you are very lucky it's all AI driven

Order number 5583966175440 on last order, and although I have received recently an email stating that they're going to remove my information within the next 30 days there has been no emails stating that I will get a refund for the past three orders that were charged to my account without my authorization. So I still may need to open a dispute with my bank.
2/23/26. OMG, I just received another email from them telling me to continue using the product and they'll give me a discount which will be at the very bottom of this review. The top is my response once again that I don't want any more product I feel like I'm in a movie and there's no end.

I do not want any more sleep patches I have six packages of them and I only ordered the first one which was order one at regular price and get the other one for half one time only. They do not work for me. I do not want them I want to be removed from your database I don't want to be charged any longer I want my address and my name taken out and I have received an email already stating that this was going to happen within 30 days.

Again, I do not want any more sleep patches do not send me any more packages remove me from future orders take me out of your database and don't you dare charge my credit card again it is not authorized for your charging it should be removed from the database completely. Because I have not received any email stating that I will receive a refund for the past three now it looks like four packages coming cuz it looks like another one has just been sent I need to have a refund and if I can't get it through you guys I will open a dispute with my credit card company I'm sorry with my bank, and although it's a lot of work I will do it in detail I will also continue to update trustpilot and reviews stating the insanity that is going on with me having to send over and over and over emails back that I don't want any more patches they do not work for me.

I used to have a rough time falling asleep, I'd sleep at all hours of the night. Woke up three to four times a night. Wellamoon patches helped me discipline myself, I put a patch on and half an hour later go to bed same time every night. Usually get a good 7 to 8 hour of uninterrupted sleep and wake up refreshed. And must mention the good client service.

TrustPilot WORKS

My refund finally went through. It took 4 months of persistence to get it, but yes, in the final analysis, I got my money back. My Bank flagged a Wellamoon transaction and closed my Mastercard account and sent me another card.

Will I buy from Wellamoon again?

Probably not, because Wellamoon uses Zendesk, an absolutely useless helpdesk provider.
Had Wellamoon dealt with enquiries in-house and provided better service, I'd have my product and be reordering it.

There are tons of different online scams and Wellamoon acted like one...whether they're legit or not is a question you can decide from looking up Wellamoon on ChatGPT, Gemini, or one of the many AI platforms. My Bank and Gemini thought Wellamoon was an online scam but Wellamoon stepped up-to-the-plate and honoured my complaint. You can check out Wellamoon if they joined BBB and got ALL the complaints resolved.

Don't do it

Don't do it! Product may work for you but the website is a scam. Within a 2 minute time span while on the website, my charge card had 3 charges to it. The one order i did place, had items I had no desire to purchase. Scam company!
