BE AWARE!!! ⚠️ Don’t buy anything from this company!! I had purchased a few times in the past with no issues, but a few days ago I got an email with a discount offer. I clicked on the link to see what the offer was. I had no intention to buy and NEVER CLICKED ON THE ORDER BUTTON. As soon as I closed the page I got an alert on my phone for a $15 charge! I immediately emailed the company and alerted my bank. Wellamoon responded the next day that since the order was placed there was nothing they could do to cancel it in their automated system! THEY FRAUDULENTLY TOOK MY MONEY!!! Now I have to dispute the charge with my bank and wait. DON’T ORDER FROM THEM OR OPEN THEIR EMAILS!! ⚠️

To their response below!! You emailed me back 3 times to tell me my order went through and you can’t cancel it! I emailed you immediately and you did nothing! Your reply…
I didn’t click to purchase! It went immediately and didn’t even have confirmation button! I don’t want it! That was shady!

I didn’t even hit approve on order! I got an email saying you gave me $34 to use and I hit an item and charged me immediately!!!! Cancel order

I am trying to tell you, it went immediately to transaction without confirming the purchase!! It’s shady business and I will be posting it to all social medias where you post your product!! I emailed you immediately after it happened and it could have been cancelled but you guys chose not to!! Also shady!!! I will also report to BBB on this!!

Extremely disappointing and I will let it known!!!

I am finding the Wellamoon sleep patches helpful in achieving a full night's sleep. I have had a tendency both to have trouble falling asleep and to waking up around 3 am and not being able to go back to sleep. I am combining these patches with other methods including taking ashwagandha, magnesium, doing tapping. listening to meditative music and I also have a grounding sheet. The combination approach works for me.

They have a great all natural product that works very well. I don't want to use sleeping pills because they have issues. I started with a small order to try them out but quickly bought a large supply so I don't run out. I sent some to my sister and she loves them too. The delivery is prompt and I am now a loyal customer. the pillow spray is great as well and has a very nice scent

The product works. Deeper sleep and good energy when I wake up in the morning.

Not as advertised! Patches I received listed ONLY lavender oil as the active ingredient, not melatonin and the other ingredients advertised. Don’t buy!!

Since I started using these patches, I am off all sleep aids, including Ambien. A lifetime of sleep issues are now in the past. Other members of the family are also using the patches and sprays and love them as well. If you have sleep issues, try this product.

Shocked to find something natural that works! I have tried prescription meds; teas; melatonin gummies drops and pills. This was gentle and doesn’t leave me in a fog in the morning. I stocked up on Black Friday and only hope a review doesn’t have them sell out when I need to re-order!!!

I have been using the sleep patch for quite a while now. I was having trouble getting to sleep and staying asleep for years. The patches help me to fall asleep quickly and stay asleep. I have stopped using them periodically and notice a difference and go back to using them again. My wife was having issues with sleep and now she is a regular user also. They are easy to use, perform as advertised and are very reasonably priced. Highly recommend them.

Been sleeping a lot better and through the night. Would recommend it to anyone with sleep issues

I now get my best sleep ever! I read a physical book before bed. Within one hour I am ready to go to sleep 😴.

I love the patches but find the cost a bit difficult…
I pay in Canadian funds and would like if you supplied them in Canada..

Wellamoon Serenitystrip Limited I ordered a packet of sleep patches , free ship, for 14.90 My notice from PayPal 10 minutes later stated they charged 39.95 and had added 2 more items I DID NOT order. I immediately contacted them and cancelled the charges for the extra items. I received a reply that order had already been packed and 'dispatched' They also added an automated shipping every month of this product.16.95 auto pay every month NOT ordered.
Order from Oct 24 2025. This company refused to refund for items I did not order. They added 2 extra items some kind of sleep pillow spray and more sleep patches. When I tried to cancel I was informed the order had already been processed 20 minutes later.

I was advised by paypal to call them regarding this. The phone number listed was from Lithuania! In correspondence from them every email stated since the order was already dispatched 20 min later. I could at my expense return the items for refund.

This had gone back and forth until mid Nov and then I was notified that because the items had been received by me ,paypal notified me the dispute was closed. The dispute was not on items not received but on items I did not order . Wellamoon had also arbitrarily added an auto ship that was to have these sleep patches send once a month and charged to my acct. I was able to cancel that scam act.

when trying to cancel thru email 20 minutes after order placed I rec this:

Please note that we do not have the capabilities to submit the order on your behalf. The transaction is deemed valid as the order was submitted on your end. We can only charge the customer for what they have ordered.

I’ve looked into your order, and I can see here that you have opened a dispute with PayPal.

I want to clarify that once a chargeback process is initiated with your bank or credit card issuer, we are unable to process a refund from our end, regardless of the outcome of the chargeback.

this reply again after the back and forth. I was ultimately charged for these items I did not order, but could return them for refund I would have to pay return shipping charges. Cost to return $9.95, so include the 4.95 from the "order" Cost is 15.00 for nothing.

In checking with BBB they are not accredited and there are over 800 complaints regarding this company for the same practices

Obviously there is no resolve except to warn others of this shister company and the shady business practices they perform.

I am retired and I have all day, every day to post about this scammy company. To warn others of this scam.

I have to work, and I have been finding it difficult to do my job. My husband told me about this and so I decided to try it.

This product helped me get to sleep easier and stay asleep longer.

The first couple of days it didn't work but I persevered because I knew that given time it would help me to sleep it did relax me initially I like that feeling a lot now I'm able to sleep almost through the night so thank you very much for offering a product that stands true to its word. I really like that this product comes in a stick on. For the most part, I have enjoyed my nights sleep.

I think it's a great price for something natural. I like that you run a lot of sales.

I have had a bad experience ordering these patches twice now. No more. I received an email with a special discount price for a limited time. I followed the links, "continue," "continue," waiting for a chance to change the amount of the order. And then I see, "Your order is confirmed!" So I was never able to reduce the amount that they had, $100+, which was more than I wanted to spend. I immediately messaged them and asked if we could adjust the order. "Oh, no, sorry--you order is already in process." Really? After a minute and a half. It is close to being a scam like process. I will never order from them again.
