Best contact lens company in Europe …
I recently moved to Croatia from the states and found we love lenses. Not only was it easy to order but their prices are much cheaper than the states. They delivered on time so I never ran out of my lenses.

WeLoveLenses for the win!
I had an issue getting my contact lenses locally (still waiting after having paid for them in February!) & upon coming across WeLoveLenses online I have nothing but praise! My contacts needed to be ordered in as they aren’t your “normal” contacts, I hadn’t read that part on their site even though it’s clearly stated! And upon emailing to enquire the customer service team was super quick to reply and they kept to their time frame! Will most certainly be ordering from here again!

Horrible customer service
The service was seriously shocking. The lenses took an absurdly long time to ship, almost two whole weeks awaiting stock. When previously contacted on past orders, I was told 7 days would be the longest an order would be awaiting stock, yet I was left waiting almost twice as long. The serious issue was the appalling customer service. I contacted them time after time on messenger without getting a response, and when contacting them on their website by email (Contact Us), I again received no reply. A massive lack of service and a horrible experience.

Good quality lenses, delivery time longer then main competitor and you need to pay for transport. Once you order in time you get your lenses for a good price delivered by a well established transport company.
