excellent customer experience
I appreciated the company's honesty when they ran into a supply issue and couldn't deliver on the requested date. Other businesses might just have failed to deliver. But Welsh cheese company gave me options. The product was delayed by only a day which was well worth the wait - the gift was wondeful

2 I wanted 500 gr and received 2x less than 250gr! Not impressed at all
3 the cheese was very much short of cumin seeds and therefore didn’t taste right
; disappointing first purchase; don’t think I will try them again!!!

Hi Harry
I've just checked your order and it was for 2 x 180g wedges of Teifi Cumin, which is the only size we sell that cheese in. This doesn't add up to 500g. The wedges are all a minimum of 180g and are cut, weighed and packed for us by Caws Teifi. I don't think either of the wedges will have been under 180g but if they were we'd be very happy to replace them of course.
I'm sorry you didn't feel there were enough cumin seeds in the cheese. I'll pass this feedback onto Caws Teifi, but to be honest I we've never had any similar comments in the past.
If you're able to contact us directly about the confusion over the weights you ordered I'd be very grateful.

Brilliant company
Brilliant company. I ordered a gift for my dad. Unfortunately the product had a quality issue. I contacted them and they immediately sent out a replacement which was perfect! My dad absolutely loved it the 2nd time round.

Birthday gift
Bought as a birthday gift for my son. Arrived exactly as and when requested. My son said the cheese, crackers and apple chutney were all very tasty and the packaging was excellent! Would definitely buy again!

Easy Cheese Order
Easy to order online and able to request a delivery date to suit. Chose a preselected box but able to add a couple of extras to it. It was sent to someone as a birthday present and they were very pleased with the selection of cheeses

Delicious cheeses, fast delivery, and truly exceptional customer service.
I accidentally selected “pick-up” instead of delivery at checkout, which was a bit of a problem as this was a gift for my 88-year-old father-in-law (from Wales) who lives in Portsmouth — not exactly convenient for collection! I hadn’t noticed the mistake, but the company kindly emailed to check whether this was intentional. Thanks to their attentiveness, they quickly amended the order to delivery, and it arrived just four days later.
I couldn’t be happier, and my father-in-law was absolutely delighted. This was my third order from this superb company, and it has firmly become my go-to for any gifts I can send online. Thank you!

the present went down really well and…
the present went down really well and was loved by the recipient. only issue was website allows you to choosea delivery date that i subsequently found out is not possible and delivery is only in set dates. otherwise everything was great. in fact the quick email response to my query about the delivery was also quick, thanks for that too. cheers!
