After buying a Ford kuga and only having it 6 days
It had an nail in all 4 tyres
I had to go daily and pump Tyres up, called my mechanic out to check and it needed 4 new tyres,I called the finance company and explained so the finance company spoke to the garage and they said they would
Put 4 new tyres on, but when I spoke to the garage they said they would only put part worn tyres I’d have to pay the extra myself for new tyres, also petrol gauge don’t work, air con don’t work, boot didn’t line up, and has 7 previous owners, with absolutely zero service history,
The initial guy was so rude and I was spoke to like absolute trash on the phone. I’ve never been spoken to like that in my entire life.
However, the manager was extremely polite after me sending back the car and starting the unwind process back to the finance company, (funny that) he did ask me to look if there was another kuga I wanted to swap for, but after all the bad experience already with this car and more so the rude guy in the office and on phone I did not wish to purchase another car with this garage, I was offered the next day 4 new tires on the car, which I declined so good luck to the person who buys that car,
They allowed me to drive down the motorway, an hour and a half home, knowing there was a nail in all four tyres,
The car was unroadworthy an extremely dangerous, and I had my grandchildren in it,

AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.
The worst dealership I have ever heard of, they are extremely unprofessional unhelpful and arrogant!!!
The car I brought back in November 2022 has had nothing but issues it’s spent more time back in the garage than it has on the road!
Do not buy from these guys they will con you and sell you faulty cars.
The customer service is appalling and I’m personally reporting them to trading standards as this company is poorly run avoid at all costs.

We had a very good experience with the team there, answered all questions, had good knowledge of what they were selling, and the whole process of buying a car was made in a very professional manner, we bought a bmw 220i m sport and we are very happy with it.

Being a woman on my own I have found these guys to be great & helpful, I purchased a car with my daughter and at the moment I cannot fault the customer service we are receiving. The car developed a fault after we purchased, this could not have been helped and we have received great service. They have taken the car back to repair and issued a temporary car. So far could not have asked for more. Thank you guys & for looking after my Daughter when she brought the car back for repair.

Great customer service from one of the partners, Elias. Had an issue with a recent purchase that was under warranty and he resolved this same day and the payment to cover the minor repairs was in my account the same day. Elias was very easy to deal with and very respectful. They even offered to service and check the car over the next 6 months if I need this.

WORST PLACE I'VE EVER BEEN TO.

I have been looking for a car for a while, and I found one that seemed perfect in this shop. After calling one day, and talking to someone pretty short with me, I decide to go anyway, because I really liked the car.

I get there, and the guy is on his phone (not on the phone speaking to someone, no, just typing and looking at his phone), and after barely asking me what I want (I mention the car, he gets one of his colleagues to go and get it), he completely ignores me. I'm sitting there, in front of him, for easily ten minutes, and he doesn't even acknowledge me. I was very keen on buying this car, and this showered all my hopes.

The colleague comes back, I start asking some specific questions, which seem to surprise the first guy (like a woman cannot know anything about cars I guess...), and I start inspecting the car. The original man was again very short with me, answering with short answers, not at all what I'm expecting from customer service from someone I'm about to give £7000 to.

(I'm not even going to mention how they had to go get gas for the car, and it took 30min, and I had to wait, even if I had called earlier saying I was coming, and I had to go back to work...)

I try out the car, it's perfect, and then I go back to the office to start the talk. The guy then changes tactics completely, when he realizes I'm actually interested in the car.
His new tactic?
To push me TO A BREAKING POINT to buy the car. He forces my hand so much, goes up to snatching my phone to "get me a better deal for finance", and would not let me go until I sign that I would buy the car. I ended up being almost scared, I was two hours late to my next appointment, it was dark outside, the place is in the middle of nowhere, and I just wanted to get out of there. I end up telling him that I need to think about it, and there is this other car I needed to go see, that I was already late for, and he finally lets me leave telling me I'll be back sooner than later to get the car.

After talking with my partner back home, he advised me to never go back and never deal with this man again, and I did just that. I would have been very interested to see his behavior if I came with my partner or any man for that matter, just not being a woman alone there, if he would think he could take as much advantage of someone again. I mentioned when I talked to him that my partner was a lawyer, and he said "that's supposed to scare me?"

So, I'm telling everyone, especially women alone: AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. This man will treat you like crap, and then will try to force you to buy a car.
I'm glad I never had to go back. Terrible customer service.

Great company, just bought my BMW 3 Series today, the finance APR rate was good and the vehicle was below market value. Samir and the rest of the team were great. Thank you very much👏🏼

Update: Many many issues with the car down the line having to sort out multiple major issues, I was told I should work with another garage for the issue. Not worth the headache.

Just picked up my new car. Excellent customer service , samir was very helpful , even sorted insurance , tax able to dive away within 30mins . Would definitely use again.

I visited Wembley Prestige Cars today and was looked after by both Ali and Samir. They were extremely welcoming and friendly, answered all of my questions, allowed me to test drive the car, demonstrated the functions on the car and didn’t rush me at all. They assured me they will take care of any issues that may arise with the car in future. I was very satisfied with the service so bought a Mini Cooper. I would definitely buy from there again.

They appear to sell high quality, well maintaied cars at very good prices. Customer experience was very good, would certainly recommend if you need a used car. Time will tell how well the car performs but so far so good!

I bought a lovely Mercedes Benz SLK from Wembley Prestige Cars in November 2021. The sale went smoothly and I drove the car home. Heard a knock on the car but apparently it is a common noise on the SLKs. Days before 3 months of purchase, the heating system went. The only heating working were for the seats. I rang Ali and he said no problem, bring it down and he,ll sort it. I did just that and I was told it was a loose cable. Ali is a man of his words. I came home with the heating and I,m hoping it stays that way.

I love my car and would do business with Wembley Cars again. The staff are very friendly and always willing to help.

Really good experience, had the choice of 2 cars, test drove one then looked at the other which I decided to take. At no point did feel pressured. I was able to take the car that day after all the paperwork and MOT was done. Would definitely go back if I needed another car 😊
