Excellent Dental practice, welcome and service given is outstanding every time.

I am no longer scared of visiting the dentist as my new dentist is amazing! She is positive and helpful and reassuring…which is exactly what you need when you are terrified! Highly recommend! The rest of the staff are lovely too and the receptionist is always fantastic with both myself and my daughter.

It’s always welcoming when I walk into West End Dental, Porthmadog.
The waiting room is pleasant and well appointed, with a tv screen so you can keep up with breaking news.
The treatment rooms are pleasant and air conditioned, again with a screen showing natural scenes to take your mind off the procedure.
My dentist is very gentle and explains exactly what will happen so my natural anxiety is reduced.
I always feel like I know what to expect and have confidence in the dentist. Thank you for the first rate treatment I’ve received.

Yesterday, I had an appointment with Sam. She is the first dentist that has ever made me feel so comfortable. She explains things what are going to happen also what comes next, make such a difference, also never hurts me. She is brilliant, thank you.

Yesterday I was treated by a lady dentist whom I have not seen before . I had a yearly general checkup. Being an extremely nervous patient. She immediately put me at ease was extremely thorough and explained everything. It was late in the day but I never felt rushed.. I would highly recommend
