Blouse is cheap fabric and not as described. Way too big and baggy. Awful looking blouse. I should have googled this site first. I normally always Google for reviews. In the future I sure will.

Absolutely do not order from this company. It is a scam. Never received the item. Hopefully I have a refund in the making from the credit card company.

I ordered 3 shirts on March 13th and no communication about shipping. I contacted them several times about eta and confitmation and they replied we are getting your order ready to ship each time. As I feared it was a scam, PP got my 125.00 refunded.

Ordered 3 weeks ago. Never received any shipping information to track order. Emailed them with no response. Seem like a scam.

I should have read the reviews before I ordered. What came in the mail was not what I ordered and is the ugliest top ever and I guess I will try and return.

Sorriest piece of clothing that I have ever received. Looks nothing like the picture on their website!!! I have asked for a refund of item plus the shipping I paid and they pay for the return. I will lodge a complaint with my credit card company immediately!!

Do not order from this site it is a scam I gave 1 store because I actually received an item . It was not what I ordered. I was never offered a return label. Nor was a refund given for my order. The photo advertised and what I received were not even close.

I ordered 2 sweatshirts, which were supposed to be cotton, according to the website. They were not. I'm pretty sure they were 100% polyester, based on the feel, but they had no garment tags. My daughter has sensory issues and can't wear them. I had not realized they came from China, which is on me. It would have cost me more to send them back than I would get. I was offered a 30% refund and told I could keep the sweatshirts if I didn't want to send them back. not satisfied, but I had no other reasonable solution.

Quality of the produce was poor. Item received did not look anything like to photo. Didn't even try it on. The other item arms were too short and poor quality. Tried to return but they wanted the items sent back to the warehouse in China, not to the returned address on the package in New York. Customer service would not answer your questions only feed you what they wanted. I wish I had read reviews before placing the order. Lesson learned.

ITEM NOT AS SHOWN I was so excited to get the dress I ordered in October to wear for the holidays. It did arrive, but it took two months. What a crushing disappointment- it is nothing like the picture (AI?) Very inferior fabric and construction. I ordered size medium from your size chart. (I am 5’7” and 130 lbs). This would fit my 280-pound friend! REFUND PLEASE!

Absolutely the WORST. Not at all what is represented in the pics or description. Do not order from them!! You receive cheap crap. And good luck getting your money back.

Followed their instructions for a return just to find out there is no return only an offer to reimburse 30%. This is definitely a scam. Do not recommend doing business with them.

It was advertised as a "SWEATSHIRT" when it is NOT SWEATSHIRT MATERIAL! I believe the material is inferior. Also, the sleeves are 3" longer than normal. I do like the pattern and the fact that it is a zip up with a collar instead of being hooded. The cost on this item was way more than it should be. I was going to order another for a Christmas present, but not after receiving mine as it definitely is not worth the amount of money I had to pay for it.

If I keep it I will have to take it to a seamstress and have the sleeves shortened as I cannot wear it the way it is. That will cost me even more. I fell for the design and next time I will make sure it doesn't come from China.
BTW...... the designs on many of these items are wonderful, but I am sure buyers will not be happy after receiving what they ordered. As others have said, their contact info does not work, so I don't know how to contact them and I don't speak Chinese.

Bad service. Extremely hard to get in touch with this company. I could not get into costumer service through their email or find a legit phone number. Shipping said still not sent and I ordered over 2 weeks ago."Beware"

Said cotton material and yes it is but so thin you can see through it. Blouse is very poor quality. The other blouse is way too big and again, very poor quality. I want to return both blouses. They are WAY over priced considering the lack of quality. I paid $80 for something that isn't worth $20.

Took 2 months for order to arrive. Nothing was as advertised. The sweatshirts are cheap cloth and looked like an ammeter sewed the garments. A blouse which shows as tucked in; actually came with no bottom; stopped at the belly button. Only a child could wear it; and that's a big maybe. Run from this site; do not order. You'll waste your time and money.

Fair warning about this company: I ordered in late August, item arrived late September. Item bore NO resemblance to item pictured online. Quality was poor to say the least. Skip this company and go to a trusted USA retailer

This company's ad came across my FB post - I absolutely loved the coat in the ad and it is the style I most like to wear - I was intrigued. Like most of the ads that I find on my FB post I try to research before placing an order. I want to know where the product is coming from and what other people think; so here I am.
I went to their website and read "about us". They say all the right things to make you think they are "Western" minded and want to provide products of quality that fit into that western style that "you're looking for". HOWEVER, they never tell you where they are located until you dig a little deeper - you just need to look.
On the about us page it specifically states that Westerntreads are part of the ZHUODA INTERNATIONAL E-COMMERCE LIMITED "family".

So, for those of you who have found that your tracking comes out of the United Kingdom - this is why. And based on the descriptions of products below and the reviews - this is another company from CHINA that is making sub-par products that are copies of items from other companies. Beware

I really wanted to love the clothing from this company! But, when my sweatshirt arrived, I could barely see the design printed on it. The fabric is ok, not soft stretchy sweatshirt fabric, but ok. I just wish I could see the snowman holding the bunny! Stead, I have a shirt with a faint grayish outline and a little brown ball of a bunny. So sad! Not worth the money paid at all! Will not order again!
