Singularly unimpressed
I am totally unimpressed with the product after two weeks…I scarcely detect an improvement. I am quite disappointed, really, but will persevere as per instructions in the pamphlet.

White glow has a variety of products and the one I get for my particularly bad breath works great, not much more to say.

Hi Omer
So sorry about your experience!
This was the free replacement order that was requested.
We do offer a 100% money back guarantee on all our products.
We noticed that only the Accelerator Refill Gel was purchased, to maximise results we suggest using it with our Accelerator LED device or replacing your old device which may be weakened after 6 months usage.
Quick and great delivery

Impressed how easy it was to buy direct
Impressed how easy it was to buy this direct, rather than hoping to get some from around town. Retailers seem keen only to stock the whole kit rather than refills to go with them. Delivery was fast as well, considering covid etc.

White Glo did not whiten my teeth as did cheaper brands. The toothbrush that came along is exceptionally good. I kept thetoothbrush and threw the tooth paste away.
- Replying to White Glo's totally out of context reply: I do not any money back. I did not expect dramatic whitening with toothpaste, I did not get any whitening at all. Most other whitening toothpastes will do a great job. So instead of throwing in answers in the air, improve your product, come here to tell me "yes, we now have a real whitening toothpaste" - that is the reason I reviewed your product out of frustration, not to talk about "creative answers" underestimating my intelligence and honesty.

Hi Shai,
We feel sorry about your unsatisfied experience with our toothpaste. We do offer a money-back guarantee on all our products.
White Glo teeth whitening products are developed by dentists and approved by ADA, which wins various trials awarding for whitening effectiveness; however, certain stains will be hard to remove by using toothpaste only. If you prefer dramatic whitening results, we strongly recommend using our whitening system, which can deliver results within days while using our toothpaste to improve and maintain the whiteness.
Feel free to contact us regarding whitening tips, product information and money-back policy at: customer.service@whiteglo.com
It works wonderfully!!

Hi Nathan, so sorry about your experience!
We contacted you via email on the 9th Sept and refunded the postage cost, the order did get delivered 7th Sept which was later than expected due to Auspost delays.
We hope you're enjoying our products and thank you for choosing White Glo.
Positive just needs minor changes....
I really like the toothpaste and think it is highly effective. However, the teeth whitening apparatus is yes easy to use, but it is very uncomfortable in your mouth, did make me gag a little just because of the taste and how much saliva was generated.
