Terrible wish I read the reviews 1st the watch is a very cheap didn't even come in a box it was wrapped up in bubble wrap and didn't even feel good I'd say it's worth about£5 from China .
Emailed twice and heard nothing back
Disappointed at the very least.
And had about 2 weeks before it arrived

I ordered 2 of the silver trouser sets at £40 each as I didn't know their sizing. The company name is in the UK but when trying to return items its the most difficult procedure you will ever experience. They don't want you to return items and keep sending e-mail saying 40% back off original price or telling me how expensive the shipping will be in an attempt to get you not to return things. They don't answer e-mail efficiently and overall I would NOT recommend this at all. STEER WELL CLEAR

Ordered 8 items, received 2 items |I ordered, the rest were very poor alternatives. Tried to contact the company a few times regarding the alternatives but no reply.

Having been guilty prior to the epidemic of not shopping local, like most of us I ventured to the web to see what was available in my local area. Cue Whitmore and White... how have I missed this company. They most definitely didn’t disappoint.
I may not be the best cook but I’ve ventured to many countries via the array of amazing products they sell without leaving the house all with free delivery. Then I followed them on Instagram and before I knew it id become a wine expert. (Ok.. with a tiny bit of help from their posts and recommendations)
A huge thank you for everything during all 3 lockdowns.

Sadly I won’t be ordering. The postage is a joke!! For two tins of sardines that came to almost £10 they wanted to charge over £8 for postage!!! I send parcels all the time and can’t imagine why they would charge so much! Even if recorded delivery!

Fab service on a big order of hampers for business clients. All on time and massively helpful when I called them up. Had the best feedback from clients that we’ve ever had - even better than the usual ones we send from Fortnums!

In my experience their advice is impeccable and the quality of the products second to none. If what I’ve wanted hasn’t been in stock, their team have always offered perfect alternatives that never disappoint. Would certainly recommend them (and try the Alhambra 1925 Reserva it was an excellent suggestion of theirs for this lager fan!)

Outstanding customer service and speedy delivery. Products were packaged beautifully and tasted even better! Would recommend to anyone looking to treat themselves to something special.
The store itself is just as gorgeous, definitely worth a visit.

I’ve ordered online several times using the free local delivery service, and have sent a hamper to my parents in Wales. The service has been flawless and quick and the quality of the food and drink is superb. Their actual shop is well worth a visit too if you’re in the area, full of yummy food and drink and great coffee while you shop!

I have to say this company is very disappointing. I tried order from them and after several days they told they could only deliver locally. The call themselves award winning but there is nothing award winning about them. I work on the front line and put myself in danger everyday and I wanted to quickly get a present a dear friend this company could not accommodate. They do not go above and beyond. Talk about supporting local business well I tried and all I got was disappointment and no apology. Just to go on a short walk. I do not have time for a short walk I need to save lives

After my personal experience with this company I cannot say I would recommend them.

Ordered cheese, pate and wine for friends birthday, from their self selection hamper range. Fantastic service, delivered swiftly, easy to order, friend was delighted with quality of produce and was all chilled. Friend was very happy and cheered her up during this difficult time. Highly recommend!
