Wholesale Supplies Plus Reviews

Wholesale Supplies Plus has always been my go-to place for soap-making supplies, and they never disappoint! In my most recent order, one of the items spilled inside its plastic bag. I called customer service right away, and they kindly sent me a replacement, which arrived within just a few days. Their excellent customer service is one of the many reasons I continue shopping with them. They truly never disappoint!

I was able to order what I was looking for and it came in a reasonable amount of time

Fast and easy

I had no issues with my order. Communication was clear and timely, shipment arrived earlier than initially estimated, products were packaged well, and the quality has been great.

It's been quite a while since I have ordered from WSP because I had started a new hobby but the products are still high quality, the package was well wrapped, the fragrances still smell great and work well for my needs. After ordering fragrance oil from elsewhere and now from WSP again, I realized just how good the products are at WSP. They are also affordable for great quality products. It's nice to be able to rely on a business and not have to worry about what you'll end up with every time you order. Definitely a keeper. It did take a while to get the order but you just have to plan for that. I didn't need it right away so it didn't matter to me.

The order was received quickly and accurately. I would like to see more Crafterchoice fragrances instead of the Rustic and Just scent they just don't compare with the quality of the crafter's choice. They are weak and therfor I need to use twice as much.

Will order more stuff, loved everything we’ve purchased so far.

Came on time all was intact no complaints exactly what I ordered

Great customer service, fast shipping and fair shipping prices to Alaska. Thank you.

Thank you for packing my order so carefully. Nothing is worse than preparing for a project with high anticipation and then receiving a damaged order. Thankfully, I can't see that happening, as you guys are quite thorough in your packing! I also appreciate the variety of items you offer, making it truly a one-stop shop. August 28, 2026

Easy to order and shipping was reasonably quick.

Arrived quickly this time. In the past our orders have taken too long to arrive putting a delay in delivering our products for the small business we run. This time it was a breeze and we were able to fulfill our orders in time without customer disruption. Products were packed great with extra caution and appears with great care. Although, the packing has always been exceptional. Thank you very much for this top notch service this time.

Your products are amazing. Hopefully you will get your goatmilk lotion in soon!

The questions I had regarding certain products, the answer was there via AI and if I needed further assistance, contacting a person wasn't arduous. Also they had everything I needed and the shipment came quickly!

Great selection and pricing! Everything arrived in good condition, well padded, and the scents are spot on. I got a mixed pack of clays and they are great.

Shipping was fast. Products as described. Entire transaction went smooth.

Part of my order arrived promptly, but it was incomplete. Customer service was helpful in informing me that the missing item was not in stock. I never received the item on backorder and was refunded several weeks later.

WSP is very responsive and quick to resolve any questions or issues I have with finding an oil or the timing of one coming available.
