Fantastic service from Greg and Silvio. Went above and beyond sorting out a delivery problem with UPS. Camera and lenses even better than expected and a few little unexpected extras were the trimmings on top. Highly recommend this store in New York.

This was a Holy-Grail during a random walk-in in the NYC store, exceptional performance and quality, camera body is well maintained with two extra batteries. The recommendations from the Willoughby's rep were informative instead of impulsive buying!!
Will never buy a camera or accessories from any other retailer.

Great experience overall. The price of the lense was significantly lower than the competition (a red flag but not really). Also good communication and 5 day delivery. Seems good to me.

Have bought a few cameras & lenses over the years from this camera store. Have always had great service from the staff plus timely deliveries. The only issue was the driver didn't ring the door and package was left outside exposed to 'God knows what'..!!

Greg was extremely helpful in setting up our drone, which we use for commercial operations. We contacted him a month after purchasing the drone for support on unlocking it to fly within restricted FAA airspace, and he was incredibly knowledgeable and supportive. His guidance made the process straightforward, and we really appreciated his expertise.

The lens 2x multiplier and Sony e mount 18-135mm lens were delivered quickly and in excellent condition. They fitted and operate perfectly produces nice pictures! The company has very good customer relations and I won't hesitate to buy again.

great well-stocked shop, Silvio helped me choose my Lowerpro lens case, he didn't mind me firing questions at him while he was processing my transaction and offered help as required.

I made an online order for a camera and lens via Amazon which was delivered fast, but I needed to return one of the items and also buy a new tripod. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Silvio aided by Greg. I was assisted in wrapping the tripod for safe transport home. Thank you again!!!

I needed a new Godox MF-R76C for a new Macro lens recently and I spoke to Greg on the phone who was very helpful. I organized to pick up the item the following day and was pleased to have Greg help me set it in the shop as he shared his tons of knowledge!!!

Super friendly and helpful service
I tried to purchase a telescope from Willoughby's. The telescope seemed to be sold out elsewhere. I phoned them and I received very friendly details about the new stock, timelines and delivery. I am currently waiting for the new stock to arrive and Willoughbys is currently giving me daily updates. This is very reassuring. The friendly service from Willoughby's must be praised.

The item was as described and delivered within the prescribed time although was heavily in back-order. After reading the reviews, I never expected to get the product. Their camera quality, wide collection with vintage products and newer Sony mirrorless is an excellent distinction. Would buy again with no trouble.
