This is the worst company I have ever experienced. After 2 weeks they didn’t ship anything. They refused to respond to emails. When you call, someone who can’t speak English responds with the same phrase over and over.

Poor Customer Service and Deceptive Return/Refund Policy
I ordered a leather jacket on sale in early November. Upon receiving it, the fit in the arm and shoulder was not right--so I initiated a return immediately and dropped it off with FedEx 2 hours later. All in the original packaging. It took multiple contacts with customer service to confirm that they had received the jacket on November 21. CS told me it will take 10 days to receive my refund. Today 12/3 I went to the chat to inquire about the status, and the CSR told me it is 10-14 working days, and because of Thanksgiving and weekends don't count, we are only on day 6, so I need to hang tight and be patient. This company had no issues immediately charging my account, but had all the problems in the world processing my return and refund. Never shopping with them ever again.

Called Customer Service four times. They are clueless. Cancelled the order on November 11 -and was told I would receive refund in 3-5 business days. Nothing!!! Filed a complaint with Chase and hoping they can get my money back. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!!

I initially ordered a size large coat and it’s looks great, like it’s a beautiful coat. I ordered it in the beginning of November. The website kept canceling my order repeatedly, they canceled the order maybe six times. So I gave Wilson’s leather a phone call and she explained to me that it was a glitch with entering my card so we did it over the phone and it was ordered, great. The coat that I ordered initially was a size large. The next week, I noticed that the coat still had not shipped out so I called Wilson’s leather and they told me that it was backorder. Keep in mind nobody over the phone when I ordered the coat told me it was backordered. I never received an email or any notice that it was back ordered or that it would be delayed. So I had to call them. I was like is there anything you can do for me? She said she would expedite shipping when it was no longer backordered, great. The next week was black Friday and they had Black Friday sale on the coat. It was like half off. I called and I asked for them to apply the black Friday offer to the coat and he said he could not do that even though the coat still had not shipped at that time, he said he could not apply the black Friday code to the large size coat. The size medium was available he said, and I said if I order it now, it will be shipped to me and not backordered? He said it will not be backordered. One week later this coat has still not shipped so I called and they told me that the size medium is now backordered and I waited for 25 minutes for a supervisor to speak to me. So the point is don’t trust anybody that works here because they have no idea what they’re talking about.

Stay away from Wilson's leather. All of the negative reviews that you see are real. Poor (terrible) customer service, disceptive pricing, no accountability.
Ordered a leather coat some time ago. It was reportedly shipped, via Fedex, almost two weeks ago. The status, which has not changed in several days, indicates that it is at a facility in IN with no ETA in sight. I don't know where the item is nor if it will ever arrive. The customer service person that I spoke with told me that once shipped my only recourse is to "return it" when I receive it. Seems she was not hearing the dilemma. $250 theft as far as I am concerned.
I'll update this post if it arrives but I'm guessing that it won't.
Don't do business with this group.
Update - Item arrived. Very good quality. Actually another brand - not Wilson’s. Not what I recalled ordering (style) but not returning because of my experience with customer service. Probably will not do business with Wilson’s again because of that encounter.
Not Giving Me My Refund
I purchased a jacket from the Wilson's Leather online store for my husband for our anniversary back in 08/23. I waited patiently for about a month with no shipping notications. At first I tried emailing with no response. Then I tried using live chat, which always claimed someone was busy. So, I finally called them to get an order update. I talked to this one lady who said that the jacket was back ordered. Well, I didn't know that because if I had then I would have never bought it. Hence, I asked to cancel it, which I was told it would take 2 days for the refund to be back in my account. I waited for a week and still hadn't received my refund. Thus, I called again and got a different lady who said it would take 5 to 7 days. Now it's been about 3 weeks and I still have not received my refund. This is very frustrating. I have never had any issues with a business not returning my money. In the end, I hope they do the right thing. However, it's sad to see that I'm not the only one going through this. Wilson's Leather needs reshape how they do business or else no one will want to buy from them. I don't what happened because they used to be a good company. I would see them at the outlet malls and buy some of their products. However, now they seem to be lacking in key areas of a successful business.

I almost never leave negative reviews, but this was an outrageously bad experience. I placed an order on August 29th and received no updates on shipping or status. After calling customer service twice, I was told only that the item was on backorder with no idea if or when it would be restocked. No solutions were offered besides waiting indefinitely or canceling.
When I finally emailed for clarity, Wilsons Leather refunded my order without even replying or apologizing, just an automated email. No explanation, no customer care. Based on my experience and the many similar reviews I’ve now read, this company has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this store.

Don't trust their customer service
Don't trust their customer service. I sent back a jacket using their return label and they rejected it. Now I'm out a lot of money. Why would they refuse it if I used the return label they provided? I'm so upset that now I'm out the money. And now I don't even have the jacket. Just money thrown in the trash. If this doesn't end up being resolved I'm going out of my way to let everyone know. I'm so sick of these big companies doing these type of things. I followed the protocol and they do something like this. How shameful and wasteful.
Canceled order without explanation!
I’ll keep this simple. I work in IT and am very familiar with online systems, having run my own online store for years. My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. They canceled my order for no clear reason, which seems to suggest they might be selling inventory they don’t actually have and then shifting the blame to other issues.
Like many others who have shared similar experiences, my order was canceled without explanation, and I was unable to place a new one. They offered me a coupon as a resolution, but it didn’t work. On top of that, the support I received was subpar—I had to reach out multiple times just to get a response.
The company many of us knew and loved from their mall stores is, quite frankly, no longer the same.
I’ve decided not to buy from them anymore, and I won’t be purchasing the jacket I originally wanted. It shouldn’t be this difficult to shop with a company.

Tried to purchase on line 3x, with all 3 x being voided. At first I figured I had put in the wrong information, but it was correct. Then I tried again with the same credit card, that was voided at the sale, stating Freud. I called customer service she could not help me or explain why it was being canceled at the order and suggested I use a different credit card, and call the bank. I called the bank, they said there was no issues they could see on the card. ( I even had that card paid up with no overdue balances on it). I then tried a 3rd time with a different credit card, low and behold, that one was also voided and canceled at the sale. Interesting enough is each time It was canceled there was no email stating this, I had to go to the site to find this out. But they did have an immediate email at the purchase stating that the purchase was made.

Inconsistent, not worth it, extremely long waits for refunds for returns
I made about four purchases with the first two being successful. Made two additional purchases for other people as gifts that didn't work out. I promptly returned those items pending a refund. It is my understanding that there will be a $6.95 charge per item for a restocking fee which I was okay with, but what I'm not okay with is that it takes over 25 to 30 days for them to refund money after they received the item. I'm pending possible resolution with my credit card company after being told additional days for processing after I was told the 25 to 30 days for a refund, which is completely unacceptable.
I reached out to their customer service by phone and by email several times. Each person I get some being overseas with a little less comprehension of the issue where I was repeating myself a lot + some reps were more national that seem to have a better grasp and understanding on what the issue was but still to no real resolve.
My takeaway is that I would not shop Wilson's leather ever again.

Not actually leather. I bought a Wilson’s Leather purse from their online store and after a couple years the fake leather vinyl is peeling. Purse was advertised as leather and the accompanying tag said it was leather but it was not.
