I’ve had quite a few scans here. Gender scan and 4d included. Honestly such lovely people! Every scan has been such a nice experience and they all make sure it feels special 😊 highly recommend

I had a private scan here today and I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough. From the moment I walked in, everyone was so friendly and welcoming, which instantly put me at ease.

The lady who did my scan was absolutely amazing, and finding out she also works at the hospital was so reassuring. She took her time, explained everything clearly, and made me feel so calm throughout. I’ve had quite a few scans during my pregnancy, but this is the first one that’s left me feeling genuinely positive afterwards.

All of the ladies who work there are a real credit to the company I genuinely couldn’t have asked for more friendly, nicer girls. The whole experience felt really personal and caring, and it meant a lot to me.

The staff are really professional and super friendly. They answered all my questions and made me feel really relaxed at my appointments. You can tell they genuinely care.

All the staff were very helpful and cordial and do their job properly without making you feel uncomfortable. Rather, they help you make some good memories there while connecting you to your baby xx

Had lovely experience for our gender scan with these guys and everyone was so lovely and reassuring as I am quite anxious! Definitely be going back throughout my pregnancy.

Very welcoming, lovely warm atmosphere where you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in… lovely sonographer and definitely will be attending again for a later 4D scan

From the minute myself and my partner walked in, we were greeted with smiles and kindness. The receptionist is extremely caring and does all he can to make sure you’re comfortable with everything. After filling in the form, he came over to double check we knew the process and were comfortable with what was happening.
This was my second scan for this pregnancy and both sonographers were extremely respectful. With them being male I thought I’d have been more anxious but I have never felt so respected. Both made sure my dignity was kept and continued to check in during the scan making sure I was comfortable.
Once the heartbeat was seen , they continued the scan on the tv for me so myself and my partner could see the whole process. The assistants in the room were some of the most loveliest women I’ve come across and genuinely understand how special these moments are. It feels like they celebrate with you. Not once did I feel like ‘another patient’ which I feel a lot of hospital scans can feel like. I will definitely be returning for a gender scan!

I've attended two scans with Window to the Womb. The first was nice, and the second was absolutely awful. The technician could not have cared less about his job. It was over in less than 5 minutes. He took 7 images but 4 of the 7 were the exact same, and two of the remaining 3 were the same. So three very poor, grainy and rushed photos to choose from. Considering this was £70, this is very poor. I've taken back my recommendations to other women to go there as it seems there is no standard of service and the experience is 100% dependent on the technician you get on the day. Additionally, I had taken my mum to the scan as she was unable to attend any other one. This was her first and last scan of her very first grandchild and we had a rushed, grumpy technician who could not have cared less about our experience as an expectant mother, grandmother, and overall, customers of Window to the Womb. Do yourselves a favour and book a facility that doesn't leave your experience to the whims of their employees mood.

Second time we've been here (Cardiff) for a scan. I would highly recommend this place. The staff make the overall experience comfortable and stress free, and both times the sonographer made us laugh!

Me to feel welcome as soon as we walked in, nothing was too much. Everything got explained. we were talked through everything that would happen. We were talked through every part of the scan process if there was any issues or not like we couldn’t be happier with our service. Suzy, the manager was just amazing, from the first time we met her she couldn’t do either. She goes above and beyond. 100% recommend.

I’ve had three scans with Window to the Womb at Chester-le-Street, and I honestly can’t recommend them enough. Every visit has been such a positive experience — the team is always warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind.

A special mention to Clarina, my sonographer, who was incredibly detailed and thorough. She took the time to explain everything and made me feel completely comfortable throughout each scan.

I’m so happy I chose them and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Gorgeous experience every time, I have had lots of scans with window to the womb for reassurance, most recently had 24 week 4D scan. Calming environment, lovely friendly staff.
