My 15 year old son wanted a high spec PC for his birthday (gaming and You Tube) - he did his research and picked one from Wired2Fire. He is really pleased with the PC and the service was excellent - great communication and they held on to the PC for a couple of weeks while we were on holiday. Would be my first choice next time.

I needed a new PC fast as mine had packed up again and somehow launched itself through my front window into the communal pond.

From previous experience with the more well known custom PC companies in the UK I was expecting to have to wait 10 or more days to get all of the parts I actually wanted but after a few phone conversations and emails with Peter and Toby, they managed to turn the whole build and test around in under a week even though they had to order a few of the bits in especially.

I've already recommended W2F to a few people that I don't hate as I honestly can't rate their service highly enough.
Always being able to speak to the same couple of extremely helpful and knowledgeable guys when you call up is a huge plus to me and I never had an issue getting through to the right person, so thanks to Peter, Toby and their amazing build team who did a perfect job on my new PC.

After several phone conversations with the team, decided upon a specification and ordered.
Nvidia then released a new GPU the 1080- Wired2Fire were happy to pause the build and wait for stock.

Ten weeks later, when Wired2Fire got stock (not their fault- poor release by Nvidia) I took delivery of a quiet, very powerful, carefully built machine.

Runs Rise of the Tomb Raider at 4k at 54 frames per second, almost inaudibly.
Excellent service, Excellent machine- no bloatware, good overclock.
Absolutley satisfied with the result.

Very happy with the system, especially how quick it is from switch on to desktop screen.

Bought a gamer beast with an nVidia 1080 Asus card.

Excellent build - it's overclocked and can handle all I throw at it. I was concerned that the overclocking could make it unstable, but I've had it for two months now and it's rock solid.

The computer is everything I wanted and I would thoroughly recommend Wired2Fire.
Unfortunately I do not like Windows 10, but that’s my only gripe.

Once again I will say the computer is great and would describe it as fast and furious,
just what I wanted.

I discovered wired 2 fire through a PC magazine and the prices looked too good to be true however I was proven wrong, wired 2 fire offers PCs at great prices compared to other PC manufacturers. They're very responsive to enquiries via email or telephone and the PC was built to a fantastic standard. The warranty is also very welcome. However you must be patient as it takes about 10-15 days for the PC to be built but trust me, it's worth it.

Just bought my second machine from Wired2Fire and I must say that the workmanship, customer service, everything is astonishingly good. It is a pleasure to do business with the Wire2Fire team, their attention to details and responsiveness to questions and concerns is second to none. If you want a top notch workstation made with love, look no further - just tell these guys what you need and give them your money, you won't be dissapointed. Very happy customer, will buy again.

Having been a PC gaming for over 20 years. I've bought PC's from the all of the major brand name companies e.g. Alienware, PC specialist etc. I saw a review in PC advisor about a computer from wired2fire. I read many reviews online about their products and customer service prior to buying the PC. Compared to other companies, wired2fire are without a doubt the best value for money I've come across so far.

I recieved my order for a Diablo Predator 6 weeks ago and it runs perfectly with silent running and 4K graphics. I can say the build quality is excellent.

Over the years I have become a 'fixer' and 'upgrader' of PC's for family and friends for reasons I won't bore everyone with, but I would not feel massively comfortable building and overclocking a Gaming PC of the specification that my son recently asked me to use some of his savings to obtain.

After many, many hours of research I finally settled on the (albeit slightly out of date description and price wise) build that came FIRST in the PC Advisor ’14 Best Gaming PCs’ review published in Feb 2016 (and which can be located searching for “PC Advisor Best gaming PCs 2016 UK” in a Web Browser).

Ordered the build with some minor tweaks in early June and received the finished machine at the end of June, NOT I would hasten to add because it took Peter and his team a long time to build it, rather because I was contacted regarding the GTX 970 Graphics Card I had nominated (per the PC advisor review of Diablo Skylake) and advised that this card was basically going to be old hat very soon (which I was completely unaware of until Wired2Fire mentioned it), which gave me the opportunity (albeit for an extra cost) to (a) wait a week or so and get WAY more bang for my buck from the incoming and fantastic GTX 1070 card and (b) future-proof the system for a while longer than would have otherwise been the case.

Wired2Fire could have quite happily left the order as it was, so that they did not get left holding devalued GTX 970 cards when the music stopped and the world flipped over to GTX 1070, so believe me when I say that to me their actions spoke volumes in terms of integrity and putting the customer first.

My son is absolutely over the moon with the whole thing and tells me that he is playing every game he has copied down from his Steam account on ‘Ultra’ settings, including the free ‘Doom’ that came courtesy of the ASUS board.

As he is home from his university course till the end of September 2016 and is resolutely ignoring my suggestions to try and find some temp work, we are talking about a LOT of game play here, so he has really been making the most of his opportunities to evaluate the build. He’s so dedicated that sometimes these PC evaluation activities continue till 3 or 4 in the morning…

In seriousness though, I was extremely impressed with the build quality, pre-configured Windows 10 install (that has given no issues at all since) and the way the wiring has been installed very tidily at the back/side of the case, and partidularly in terms of all of the extremely NON-condescending conversations I had with Peter, Toby, Aran and Dan at Wired2Fire. These guys were always very happy to share their knowledge and assist me in making the right choices.

I came away after every discussion feeling that the Wired2Fire team were really trying to help me get the best bang for my buck, and were genuinely concerned about me and my best interests as a customer, rather than just blindly and formulaically building what I had ordered. In one instance I suggested an upgrade that would have added about £50 to the build cost, and was advised that the system did not really need it and I would probably not get value for money from that addition. If only the garages that service mine and my wife’s cars adopted the same principles!

I’ve already recommended Wired2Fire to a number of friends, who have seen my sons system and been very, very impressed; plus my other two sons are rather shamelessly monitoring events with my parents, who have recently sold their house so as to move in with my brother, and have indicated that they may pass “£1000 each” the boys way…

Wired2Fire should watch this space for two potential further orders from me at some point, as I would have no hesitation in using them again.

Excellent service from start to finish with a top notch flight sim system to match. I asked many questions before choosing my spec. and all were answered honestly and promptly. Everything else went very smoothly and to plan. I highly recommend Wired2Fire.

I have been very happy with the service these guys provided both before, during and after delivery. We did have a little moment when the item arrived whereby an inserted wifi card was not working, but I suspect it became dislodged during transit.

Overall, it was most refreshing to be given impartial and sound advice, even where that came before a further sale. This combined with their team's continued accessibility and flexibility has certainly built trust at this end, resulting in my being thoroughly satisfied and confident that I will look to use them again in the future, as well as unequivocally recommending them to those looking for a similar solution.

I have purchased 2 machines (so far) from wired2fire and on both occasions everything has been superb, from ordering to delivery the service and quality of the build has been fantastic

How else can I describe Wired2fire other than absolutely amazing, would recommend them to anyone who was looking for a new PC, great customer service, fair pricing and great final product.

Really helpful service from very knowledgeable staff. My son is delighted with his first gaming computer. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending this company to anyone.

The system is working like a dream, I have had no issues with it whatsoever. It's rapid from start up about 10-15 seconds to home screen. It's very quiet and never seems to make a roaring sound like I have experienced in the past with other systems. The build quality is superb and I can see that it was put together with care, no scrapes bumps or knocks looks pristine. As for performance it runs everything at ultra on 1440p which is exactly what I was after. Well worth the money. Would 100% buy from here again and in fact I have recommend the company to everyone that asks about it.

The staff were very attentive and fast to respond to requests, any questions about the build or components were answered honestly and all in all it's saved me some money. Very impressed.
