Wolf creek is not responding to any of my calls or messages. Terrible!

Bought a SUP package in Sept 2021. Pump hardy used) stopped working on the 13th Aug.Tried contacting them via email, web chat and numerous phone calls left a message no response. For some reason when I call now there is a message I have rang an incorrect number. Very poor service.

I ordered a SUP from the website claiming next day delivery. Over next few days had no updates on delivery, I emailed several times, tried the chat which was down and tried calling the office number which would not connect. 4 days later I received an email from MD asking if I still wanted the SUP. I requested a refund which they did quickly.
Given the lack of contact over 4 days I wondered if I was going to see my money again. I recommend they work on improving customer support.

Ordered an inflatable paddleboard package with a tight deadline and Wolf Creek were able to deliver locally the same day. Responded to my emails quickly and made the whole process nice and easy. Would recommend.

I purchased a paddleboard last July during lockdown.
Used it for the first time last month when we went to France as we camped beside a lake.
I bought the board due to the 6 year warranty.
Unfortunately there was a small leak on the seam so I emailed Wolf Creek explaining the problem,expecting a prompt reply.
That was 3 weeks ago.
As I had tried phoning,emailing and messaging on FB with no response we visited the registered premises yesterday to be told by the building manager that the company had ceased trading.
I have emailed again and notice I have been blocked on Facebook after leaving an angry emoji response.
I have also been in touch with another customer who had similar issues.
Such a disappointment to be treated like this by a seemingly trustworthy family firm.

Update its two weeks now. My SUP is 13 months old, they say 6 years warranty. Email and voice mail but no reply. I recommend them to loads of people but not now. Avoid as no response if there is a problem

The order and delivery of my first board from Wolf Creek the Glide Sup package was perfect, fast and efficient and everything as stated. Since then my wife has also ordered a board the Tourus which she is pleased with. Both boards have performed well in the sea and on a fresh water lake.

Experienced a minor issue with one of the pumps which was loose. I reported the issue to Wolf Creek, initially I struggled to get a response but now realise I was a bit hasty as they are undergoing a comms migration. Once contacted the response and service back was way beyond expected. The item was very quickly replaced with excellent customer service and communication (Thank you Ian). I must admit I feel guilty even questioning that there would be an issue. I have no concerns recommending them and will buy again in the future no hesitation. Looking forward to getting out on the boards over the summer.

I bought the bayou grey paddle board package and must say wolf creek gave a brilliant service, package arrived 2 days after ordering it and communication from wolf creek was excellent. The board looks good quality and I look forward to using it. Highly recommended

Such a great company!! From the moment I enquired about a SUP Board the customer service was excellent, so helpful.
Next day delivery too.
Would recommend to anyone looking to kit themselves out with a new SUP board!!

I bought my wife one of your boards for Xmas and she has absolutely loved it, so I bought one for myself and can't wait to get to use it but it does look lovely

Delayed review, I bought a while back as a Christmas present, we've since had the board inflated and checked over, I'm happy with the quality for the price.
The equipment it came with, paddle, carry bag all pretty standard but will donthe job.
The board itself, looks great, good finish and feels quality.
Looking forward to taking it out. Thanks wolfcreek for good service and decent board, will hopefully buy another in the summer!

Messaged wolf creek over a few wks to gain information which board was suitable for me and my family. Ian also very helpful on the phone prior to ordering as a Christmas family gift. Smooth transaction... Can't wait to try my board out on the lakes of Snowdonia!

I have not tried the paddleboard yet but am sure it will be okay. As I'm new at paddleboarding I was really impressed with the help I had received to choose the right board for me and my family. Thank you so much for all their help and support. The board came on the day it was expected and packaging was good.

Excellent company to deal with! I had a last minute change to the board I was buying and this was not a problem at all! The board was changed and delivered without a hitch and arrived in super quick time! As for the board ... I LOVE it! Great quality, good price, very stable and looks fantastic! Excellent service all round! Highly recommended! One happy paddler! 😊

From first choosing the SUP to delivery and then inflating and checking all contents the experience I had with wolf Creek as been great. Right down to a little hand written card sent with thanks.
Couldn’t ask for any thing else. Quality looks great for the price I paid. Contents complete. Delivery fast and hassle free.
I can’t say anything on after sales or the guarantee side of things as of yet. the board as no faults what I can tell. But only time will tell next summer.

Had the board delivered the day after ordered, tried it out on the weekend really enjoyed, it is sturdy and well made.

Great customer service in helping me find the right board for me and my family was very helpful with any problems or question 👍 🌟
