Wood To Water Outdoors Reviews

Clear web site, well priced and quick delivery

High quality product with great customer service. Had issues with delivery but sorted straight away within the hour. Would definitely recommend 👍

Competitive price and super fast delivery with APC overnight. Very impressed! Would definitely use again.

My frying pan arrived with a crack all the way through it in inadequate packaging. I contacted Wood To Water who admitted that it should have been boxed. The guy didn't apologise, and couldn't get me off the phone quick enough. I got a refund but with no information about how long it would take until I asked. He made me feel like a pest and couldn't be bothered to be clear. I shall never use this company again. Appalling.

Fantastic experience. Product as described, delivered next day, very good communication throughout and the delivery service. Small store but great customer service.

Discovered Wood to Water Outdoors by accident - and very glad that I did, because they stocked a Petromax item I was struggling to get elsewhere in the UK. Super-speedy delivery, hubby will be SOOOOO happy this Xmas!

The item was delivered the next day. Price was great and all aspects of service were exemplary.

Fast efficient service well boxed quality item

Smooth transaction and super fast 24hr delivery to compliment a good product. Can definitely recommend this company.

Thank you

Very pleasant and easy transaction, Thank you.

This is a great little company selling all sorts of goodies if you're into the outdoors. I've picked up twice from the warehouse as I live close by and have had a great welcome and service. Good competitive prices too.

Bought two collapsible mugs for takeaway drinks just about half the price as on Amazon which I avoid like the plague. Service was prompt, parcel well packed. Delighted all round

Great price, prompt service and speedy delivery. All you could wish for.

First time shopping here and I was very pleased with the good prices and super fast delivery. They had the small gas canisters I was looking for at a great price compared to other websites. Will definitely shop here again.

Very helpful folks. Prepared to take the time to talk me through what I needed. Also a very good price.

Have to say i definitely recommend this company . I was after some Kuplika plates and their price was very competitive,

I called them to discuss the options and they were very helpful

The next day the items were delivered

Now I’m patiently waiting to see if they have a sale on a fire maple x2 I have my eyes on .

The three things that I ordered were great informed that they were on the way really pleased would recommend
Both the tent and rucksack I went on to utube got advice etc took padding out of kipped side pockets and removed some straps etc that I did not need ,on the tent made adjustments to guying system etc my walking poles 120 fit perfectly on the lanshan 2 tent
The kit will be used for south west coastal path so needed to be lightweight and easy to use thank you

Super super quick delivery of the lanshan 1! As cheap as Aliexpress and I was super surprised it is the new larger model with the T door inner! These guys once sent me a free spork too! Really great outdoor kit site! Thanks!
