Wood Wood Toys Reviews

Items were received in a timely manner. Products are great quality and customer service was excellent. Thank you for making this purchase an effortless one.

Quick delivery of awesomeness that our kids adore.

Amazing customer service! UPS delayed my express order right before I was moving internationally, but they were able to reroute my package and ship it to my new address! It was a pleasant experience and easily to communicate with to find a solution.

Wood Wood Toys has an incredible product -- we've purchased a few over the years and they continue to look great. Five stars as they also have amazing customer service! I made an error and bought the wrong item, then through their online chat they swapped it out straight away as it hadn't shipped yet. I was blown away with how good they are to work with.

I've purchased from wood wood toys before and I always have had great service and love the toys they carry. I always recieve my orders quickly. This time one of my grappat bowls cracked the first day we got it when my granddaughter came to play at Nana's. I'm not worried though as I'm sure it will be replaced or a credit given.

Les blocs sont parfaits. Mes élèves vont les adorer.

I had a very good experience with this company as they have a responsive and attentive customer service. The quality of the product was as described and the item looked even more beautiful that the image on their website. I highly recommend these high quality products to whoever works with children.

I'm always happy to invest in high quality wooden toys with excellent play value. Avdar, Grapat and Grimm's loose parts inspire their imagination during open-ended free play. Today one child used the wooden discs to make a forest path for his animals, one child used them on her construction site while another child stacked them as high as she could. Customer service is second to none. Thank you Wood Wood Toys!

The toys are beautifully made, very good quality.

The Lubulona toys came packaged with great care. When they say that they take birthdays seriously, they really do. They included a little postcard with my order wishing my girl a happy birthday. My daughter was so excited to open these sets up and play. They are modular so the houses can be stacked like a tower or connected side by side. It will definitely help in encouraging her open ended play. Each piece is light weight and easy to manipulate. My daughter can easily hold all pieces in her hand. I would recommend watching closely when using the peg dolls as they are small. We are looking forward to getting more sets to make a town.

Great products. Exactly what I was looking for!

This beautiful puzzle was packaged perfectly for a safe arrival. It’s a lovely piece and I can’t wait to gift it!

Very good products and very fast shipping

The toys are beautiful and made with quality. I can trust there’s no harmful ingredients for baby. I would have given 5 star if customer experience was better. Incorrectly ordered duplicate items and immediately emailed customer service to correct the order. Order was received and still have not heard back from the company.

Good product. Delivered fast, no issues.

The service I received was excellent . I would recommend Wood Wood Toys to everyone.
