Wood Wood Toys Reviews

The fact that you actually ship to remote Northern locations is amazing!! Customer service was excellent, and product arrived quickly despite our location. We bought the product for a Christmas gift and it did not disappoint. Our 3.5 and 16 mo love it, and we couldn’t be happier.

I ordered this item for Christmas for my nephew on November 21st & we are December 5th and I didn't hear anything else about my order .. really sad that it might not arrive for Christmas!!

Thé creativity of this puzzle turned small figure playground is unique to Western Europe toys- I bought the figures Grimm’s x neon separately for my play therapy practice and a second set as a baby gift.

I'm really impressed with the service that I received on my recent order. The online chat was an actual person who responded quickly to my inquiry and was very helpful. When I said that I needed a particular shipping method due to delivery limitations in my building, they flagged my order to make sure that was done. It was shipped the next day and delivered from Ontario to Vancouver within about 5 days (actual days, not business days). Awesome service, thank you!

I was happy to receive some extra help with my order this time. I forgot to add an item and only realized after I checked out. The staff helped me add the item and it was shipped with my original order and arrived safely as always. Thanks again for the great service.

The customer service is phenomenal and the products are lovely! The Grapat Advent Calendar is magical and has been a part of our December holiday/solstice tradition for three years!

The toys came exactly as advertised, my daughter took a while but she loves the stacking bear and the car, will definitely be ordering again in the future.
Great quality.

Top quality product that arrived quickly. Really beautiful, simple wood pieces. Perfect for engaging child’s imagination in play. Very happy with my purchase.

Great product and very responsive staff. We had some shipping questions and they were resolved quickly with lots of communication. Definitely highly recommend! The product is high quality and easy to setup. He loves standing and trying to climb it.

Le produit est bon! Et la livraison était dans les délais !

The website is super easy to go through, and I had a question about a product so I sent an email and received a response right away. We ordered the picnic tables which are so durable and beautifully made! As well as other items that have been just wonderful.
Our program will continue to order and support Wood wood toys.

Love the stuff here and a great price

Great products & service. When a bike I wanted to purchase was not available, a new option was offered and sent in time for my grandson’s 2nd birthday.

I'm beyond thrilled with our purchase of a Mud Kitchen from Wood Wood Toys. My two boys play for hours on end and I love seeing how creative they can be with the kitchen. It's wonderful quality and I know it'll bring us years of joy.

Wood Wood Toys always has extremely fast shipping and outstanding customer service.

Great workmanship. Thank you.
