Amazing customer service
This company went above and beyond with wonderful customer service, they provided excellent advice when I had questions about my purchase and were able to price match on a rather late request.

Thank you! Our shipping team is small but mighty, and we've worked harder than ever to keep things moving during the postal strike. We're glad you got your order quickly and we can't wait to help you with your next purchase. Happy holidays!
Very happy
The blocks are pricey but they are absolutely beautiful! When they went on sale the week after I ordered them the customer service team kindly refunded me the difference.

Wonderful purchase and experience
The Habba dog and cat blocks arrived extremely quickly after my order.
Packaging was great, the set of blocks beautifully made and I see many years of delighted play value with this essential addition to a child's development.

Hi Naheed! Thank you for your review, we always appreciate it when somebody takes the time to leave a review, even a negative one.
We always provide return labels for items that are being returned because of damage, defects or any other serious issue. In this case, you’ve indicated that the puzzle cabinet you purchased is too small. The dimensions listed on the product info page are correct, but we are nonetheless sorry that it wasn’t what you were hoping for.
We shipped this item to you for free. I understand that you’ve changed your mind about it, and you are responsible for the cost of shipping it back to us.
Good company
What I ordered was sent as expected and very quickly. The whole experience was lovely

Beautiful set
The set was fairly straightforward to set up, it took my husband a couple of hours. Our 16 month was super excited to climb on it since she saw it although, it's still a bit challenging for her. My nephew, 4yo, on the other side, had so much fun climbing and rearranging the pieces. The set is beautiful and well designed as every toy we've purchased from this store. The service was impeccable as always. Thank you for your dedication!

Lovely experience!
Amazing customer service! And lovely toys! I received my order really fast and when I reached out about a small colour mixup on one of the toys they were extremely helpful and fixed the issue right away! Rennie even express shipped it so I would get it on time for the birthday party that was a couple days after! Thank you so much!

Speedy shipping and beautiful quality…
Speedy shipping and beautiful quality product.
I purchased the Swedish climbing wall set for my 18 month old twins and they love it. It’s really solid and well made with no sharp corners. I’d previously purchased a similar set from Amazon and was really disappointed by the quality- this set was only marginally more expensive but so beautifully made, and the quality difference was apparent immediately upon opening the box. I know this set will be used and loved for years to come. I will 100% buy from Wood Wood Toys again in the future. If you’re going for a quality over quantity approach to toys for your kids, this is a great company to use.
