I had a one month subscription with Work It Daily(WID) and the investment was worth it. The courses, events, community and Resource of the week(ROTW) articles are amazing, relevant and needed by all professionals navigating this ever changing job market. Membership rates are affordable and I highly recommend anyone to try out their services. The investment will be worth it.

Work it Daily is a great service that teaches you how to manage your LinkedIn presence (and other things to). It is a great place to get advice and help move your job search forward!

JT and the WID team have a comprehensive program, providing tools, resources and a community of people all centered on providing advice and guidance for your job search. The price for the program is well worth it compared to the many other programs (as well as scammers) with the ability to have 1:1 advice for a small uptick in price. I can't speak more highly about the program and the team!

Work It Daily is absolutely worth the Premium Membership. I had been stuck for months, applying to dozens of jobs with no success, despite thinking my resume was solid. The Job Search Sabotage Persona quiz and clear guidance helped me present my skills more effectively. Allison’s personalized video review of my resume was incredibly insightful and led to key improvements—including an optimized LinkedIn profile. The daily emails and sessions kept me motivated and engaged throughout. Just amazing support!

After being laid off from my job of seven years, I spent eight long months searching, questioning my self-worth, and wondering whether, at my age, I could truly land another opportunity. My experience here on Work It Daily has been great so far. Been enjoying going to the Topic Tuesday Content creation classes religiously. I've been staying committed and diligent in following JT's counsel in posting content to get recruiters come knocking at my door. Hasn't happened yet but I am hopeful and know it has worked for others. So I believe it will work for me as well!

The 6 courses offered for paid members are great and I know I'm going to be using them all, eventually.

J.T.'s content on Tick Tock originally caught my attention. Then I signed up and benefitted tremendously from all of the on-line content, as well as the live weekly calls. The ability to call in, ask questions and have them answered immediatly by J.T. or a team memeber was a huge boost to my confidence!

Work It Daily is very helpful for those who are getting back into white color job searching after an extended (>~5 years) absence and need to learn the new paradigms. WID offers specific, structured steps and templates, program building tools, and lessons that make it clear "Toto, we're not in Kansas anymore!" These are all great and mostly easy to implement quickly. At times, some of the messaging feels a little "cult-y" and users need to apply the tools in the context of their own situation. It is not always easy to translate some of the WID mantras (communicate your UVA, be the "must have" candidate not the "nice to have" candidate, ,etc.) into real world situations.

This is the most practical career help platform I have come across. the free resource center is a lifesaver. I have not paid for anything yet (almost at end of free trial), but I can say with certainty that J.T and her team have given me invaluable lessons.

I strongly recommend this platform as well as following J.T on social media.

The Work It Daily (WID) platform goes beyond resume writing and cover letter templates. It is an entire program that not only helps build a plan for conducting a job search but also develops the skills and knowledge to differentiate yourself in the marketplace.

The platform provides insights into communication styles (yours and others), differentiated strategies for identifying opportunities, guidance on how to make connections in order to build relationships with people and companies for the long-term, how to prepare and answer job interview questions, but most importantly, how to create and communicate your unique value proposition.

As many job searchers have found, the entire process can be overwhelming and intimidating. JT is an incredible advocate that offers amazing advice that members and/or general job seekers are struggling with. In fact, the entire WID is 100% focused on helping members through their career journeys and finding new opportunities.

IMO, the best part of the WID platform is the WID community. It is a group of people going through similar - but not exactly the same career journey - but everyone helps and supports each another every step of the way. No question is bad and everyone brings their own perspective and help during what is often a very challenging time.

This latest stage of my career journey was challenging but with the help and support of the WID platform it became an invaluable investment in my professional and personal branding.

I cannot comment on the quality of their services or content, as I secured a job on my own. However, I would advise caution when providing your credit card information. Despite their stated refund policy, I was charged during the trial period and was denied a refund even though I followed the cancellation process within the timeframe. Their customer service has been unhelpful, and I felt their practices were not transparent.

I value doing business with companies that are honest, upfront, and fair. Unfortunately, my experience with this program fell short, leaving me questioning their integrity.

Response: Dear Workit Daily,

I am writing to express my concern regarding the handling of my 7-day free trial subscription. When I signed up, I was under the clear understanding that no charges would be made unless I consented to continue after the trial period. However, it seems the policy was altered or misrepresented, leading to an unexpected charge.

It is misleading and unacceptable to promote a 7-day free trial and then change the terms after the fact, or redirect to hidden terms effectively charging individuals without informed consent. This behavior could be interpreted as a deceptive business practice, as it breaches the trust of customers and aligns more with predatory tactics.

To resolve this matter fairly, I kindly request:
1. A refund of the unauthorized charge.
2. Confirmation of the cancellation of any further subscriptions or obligations.

If this issue is not resolved promptly, I may need to escalate the matter further, as consumers have rights under Section 5 of the Federal Trade Commission Act which prohibits “unfair or deceptive acts or practices in or affecting commerce.”
1. Misleading Representations or Omissions: Companies cannot advertise offers, such as free trials, in a way that misleads consumers about the terms, conditions, or associated charges.

I trust you will address this matter swiftly and in good faith.
