the products are always good but my real issue is delivery time from order is always over a full 7 days and in this day and age that can be a real problem. I can order boiler spares and parts onlie and have them at my door the following day. So why can't I get my boots or trousers or whatever the next day if the warehouse is that good?

I absolutely love using workwear express, I make a quick call and my order is all done and dusted sorted out and will be on its way in no time at all. It’s so refreshing to be able to talk to somebody about an order get it sorted out knowing there’s gonna be no other issues and that you just wait for it to turn up.. such a great team easy to talk to great products excellent quality and just what is needed.

I went to order a safety helmet with a visor and chin strap (as was pictured on the website). Thought at that price that sounds about right. Got permission off my manager to
Put it on expenses, ordered it and got it confirmed. A visor arrived no helmet.

Always read the website carefully as all is not what it may seem

Poor service from a company that hides behind their "estimated" delivery dates as an excuse to fulfill orders late - Whatever their website states for delivery, add a week or two. My order was delayed with zero communication because "someone was off sick" apparently - their lack of contingency plans should not affect customer service levels. Twice i had to chase for a delivery date and the items were delivered too late for the event they were ordered for. First and last order from me.

When i buy the product on the web site it states next day delivery - but i ordered Tuesday 7th and it said 8th. Now i am told 'estimated' delivery Friday 10th. This is safety wear and needs to be with us on time as we need it for site tomorrow 10th April. My tip - be honest with your customers.

Ordered printed workwear on 20/03/2026 with express shipping. Paid over the phone, promised next-day dispatch — never happened. Then they claimed we hadn’t paid, yet still took the £30 express fee. Only after escalating to a manager did anything get sent.
The box arrived open, damaged, and carelessly packed. After two gentle 30°C washes, one hoodie’s print peeled off completely, everything faded, and we were accused multiple times of lying about applying heat — something we never did. They blamed “aftercare instructions” that were never provided anywhere.
Their pathetic response? A 10% discount on another order. What a joke. Why would anyone spend more money on garbage-quality products and deal with this rude, incompetent, blame-shifting customer service?
Complete disgrace from start to finish. Stay far away.
